Actually I found 5 florists that looked decent. I went with this one because of their online website and I liked the look of their spathiphyllum plant. So I orderef it and scheduled it to be delivered on Saturday. I thought my friend was home but she actually left until the early afternoon. So when Pam texted and called me I contacted my friend immediately. It turned out she had left but would be back in the early afternoon. I texted this to Pam and she was actually able to make it back over later in the day. How sweet! My friend sent me pictures of the plant and it's larger than I thought! It also has five flowers and the photo of it on their site only has two. So basically both the plant and the service are top quality! I highly recommend this place! Don't usually post reviews but I had to for this one...Ordered an arrangement for a client of mine at 10am for same day delivery and within the hour got a call from Rachelle that she doesn't have some of the flowers and gave me the options of choosing other flowers or delivering next day. Since I needed same day, I chose some of the other flowers she had and gave her the idea of what I was looking for and hoped she'd put a nice arrangement together. Not only was the final arrangement MORE stunning than the original one I had ordered but it got delivered literally within a couple of hours of us chatting. Also, I really appreciated her calling me to begin with to let me know my original selection flowers weren't available and offering me options and solutions instead of just throwing some arrangement together to keep the business like other florists may do. This was my first time using her and I absolutely will be using her again for future floral needs; her service, the professionalism and the beautiful product she delivered far exceeded my expectations and even better my client absolutely loved it, so it made me look good also :). These ladies are always so warm and helpful. My fiancé found this flower shop when I first moved to Chico a few years ago. He lives out of state, and would send bouquets through them for delivery to my home. he would always tell them what flowers I liked and give them a price points. The deliveries were always easy. They would call ahead of time so the flowers weren't sitting on my doorstep wilting. He was always thankful when I sent him pictures of how beautiful the bouquets were. Fast forward we get married a few weeks ago. I called the shop about two weeks before the wedding and asked if they could help with a few bouquets and boutonnieres. Valerie and Stephany (all of them really) are absolutely amazing. I shared my colors and top picks for flowers (likes and dislikes), but gave her artistic license. She asked a few questions to figure out my style, and was upfront about any limitations. Stephany made magic happen. My fiancé picked up the flowers and I got to see them for the first time just before the ceremony. The bouquets were absolutely stunning. She did a fantastic job with my colors and making everything cohesive. This is THE only flower shop I will use in Chico. Tip to you men, go to Costco and make your own bouquet or go to another florist in town. The arrangements here are never bloomed upon delivery. Flowers aren't as advertised. She has a great eye for detail and really knows her stuff.
