After placing our order for a bridal bouquet and paying extra to insure that the bouquet gets delivered in time for the bride to walk down the isle and making 6 phones calls and being told that the bouquet will be delivered on time, only to be told 1/2 hour before the wedding that the bouquet will not be delivered. The company offered me $15.00 to apologize for their lack of service. But no amount will make up for the bride to not have her bouquet on her wedding day. Horrible service. Earlier this week I placed an order from my office for a volunteer of our organization who had lost a relative. Debbie and her team did a beautiful job on my wedding flowers! We had a total of 11 female attendants (some on my side, some on his), plus my bridal bouquet and lots of boutonnieres. Debbie was great about meeting our price range, and was really warm, helpful, and accommodating. I am an instructor with a local day program that focuses on the developmentally disabled. I contacted Debbie out of the blue to see if they would be willing to give 3-4 of my consumers a tour of their establishment and possibly help her to make some of their bouquets. Not only did she agree to do this, but I called her last minute to add 3 more people which she completely agreed to with no problems. Upon arriving, she had an entire table set up with individual arrangements and small vases. She then proceeded to walk us through the process and allowed each consumer to do it step-by-step. The lady was super nice and the flowers were BEAUTIFUL. Live in the Bay area and sent flowers to be delivered on Friday before mothers day. A not was left in the dirt by the mail box and not on the door, when called about delivery they should have been delivered on Saturday. Saturday has come and gone and still no flowers. Now on mothers day when trying to call, look at there website and it says 2pm open...WTH!!!!!! I live in CO, and could not attend a very important funeral 1/20. I sent a floral tribute, placed 1/10, so they had 10 day lead time to obtain flowers for an expensive, tropical display. It was created, I was told was by "the owner". With a picture to guide by, the entire artistic composition was completely off. I was so disappointed, and sent the picture I chose from and the actual to the shop. actual they tried to tell me tgey gave an extra stock of bird of paradise. There were two, as shown in template. There were 3 stocks of gladiolus in the sample image and they were totally missing from the arrangement. I was told they omitted the as they hadn't opened. That was exactly what was showed in the original, used as an accent! The leaves looked old and tired. I was told the used extra orchids, and they did, but they were bunched and the original was understated with 2 sprigs, not clumped and thrown in. They offered to redo the arrangement, if they were returned to the shop. I was not going to put my daughter through that after losing her father. They offered $25 refund which I said I'd take. It wasn't the $, or I'd not spent $149 + tax and delivery. I wanted this to be special, not thrown together. Something for her to enjoy after the service. In this day of digital cameras, this shop needs to remember that people will find out. Use another florist. I'm from Oroville and these guys have monopolized the market too long. read more
