I chose a lovely flower arrangement called Heaven Scent. I proceeded to order. It said this included delivery as I got further into my order. I'm now going to be charged $10 extra for a Saturday delivery and then another $10 to have it delivered before 2 o'clock. I went ahead and ordered and did get a receipt. The next day that the delivery had been made. I asked one of the family members to please send me a photo. I will post them down below. I was so disappointed as this did cost a lot of money for me. As you'll see the original order had roses and some beautiful flowers . I'm so disappointed. What they received were daisies and carnations. I understand they may have to do substitutes, but I would expect they would substitute a white rose for a pink rose or red rose not deliberately just use the cheapest flowers.
