She was very personable, she sat down with me and started taking notes about my ideas, day and times for the event. While we were talking a customer came in, Suzen's assistant went to help her. While Suzen and I were talking Suzen started interjecting in the conversation between the customer and Suzen's assistant. Constantly. I felt it was rude. I was there sitting with her, talking about my wedding and she kept talking to the customer that just came in. It seemed like that was the only customer of the day??? Did she have to interrupt our conversation to say something about the flowers she was buying, her dress, etc.? But ok. I thought: it is a small business. This woman probably needs every penny she can get :) Ok. After about one hour we finished the consultation. Suzen said she would get back to me with a quote. She also sent me a text that day saying she was excited fo the project. I sent her my inspiration pictures and more details for the event. On March 23, 2026 I called her cell phone and left her a message. Then I sent her a text following up on our meeting and asking when I would receive the estimate for the flowers for my wedding. I NEVER herad back from her, not a call not a text. As of today, April 5, 2026, no communication. Now, I understand if you don't want to take on my project, you can't or for whatever reason. But what about some professional communication? Like: sorry, I cannot/do not want to work on this project, something of this sort. Instead: nothing. Just GHOSTED. Very unprofessional and rude. You don't leave a customer "hanging" like this. I do not recommend this business.

We had short conversation and she understood all my preferences. I was worry about delivery time, because I wanted the earliest time and we scheduled Monday 9 am. So, celebration day, morning. 8:55 am. My wife open the door and see that gorgeous bouquet. It was my best experience with bouquet order and delivery. Everything is perfect. I ordered a fuschia arrangement for my parents wedding anniversary last week. The flowers that were delivered were gorgeous but not exactly like the photo. No big deal, but I emailed Kimberly to ask if I should have included a note in my order about the desire for the arrangement to be as close as possible to the photo. She explained that they did not have the fuschia flowers in stock so she did the best she could. Totally fine. A few days later, my mom texted me a picture of the new arrangement. No charge. Amazing. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

They are so helpful and friendly, they were like just walk on into the fridge and you'll see them! Exactly what o needed a purple bluish lei, but ALSO saw some really beautiful roses! So, got them and some fillers to do a condolence arrangement for a friend who had to put her expensive shoe horse down! The guy was so helpful as the flowers were so fresh from the farm they still had the wax on the stems. He told me just cut the tops and soak in water one hour they will harden! Boy were they beautiful! And upon deliver her deaf cat approved, he thought they smelled so good! Another hidden gem where florists go to get freshest flowers!
