I've gotten all my fresh flower bouquets and vase gifts for Mother's Day, birthdays, anniversaries, etc. from bloom in box for several years now and they've never disappointed me. While I'm still occasionally baffled at how expensive flowers are, their prices are always the best for what you get. Not only that, she hand crafts each and every arrangement to be unique so it's truly special to the recipient. There are free small cards to write a small note/letter depending on the occasion and each one is beautifully wrapped as you can see in the photo. She takes orders as easily as over the phone or through her website and service is relatively fast. I've been able to place and pick up same day custom floral orders without some ridiculous "rush fee." If she's fully booked she just simply lets you know when she could have it ready by. All in all... If you need fresh flowers... bloom in box is the move. And since MADE coffee is next to it you can also grab some bomb espresso tonics while you wait :)

Jennifer's professionalism and communication was not there: -She would take longer than two days to get back to us the week of the wedding for urgent questions and claimed that she is "too busy" - but she had enough time to post pictures of the flowers she bought for our wedding, as well as repost Taylor Swift's engagement on Instagram. Lady, you have time -Our first look photos were 2 hours before our church ceremony, and she said that she would not be able to deliver the bouquet and boutonnieres up to Inland Empire. She wanted me to ask our photographer who is local to OC bring the flowers - which is not his job. I ended up picking up the flowers the day before, had followed all instructions that she provided, and the flowers were not in good condition the morning of our wedding day. -I had told her multiple times that my family member would be making boutonnieres for the aunts/uncles which she okay'd. Before the evening reception, she threatened to take all of the flowers away because it was "breaching contract" and that my family was not allowed to make their own boutonnières. After we had showed her screenshots of the email exchange of our agreement, she backed off. -I had created a visual mockup of how we wanted our sweetheart table to look (flower meadow along with a sign of our last names). the day of, she took creative liberty and when told that the sweetheart table was not what I had specified, she said that "this is what the bride had wanted". After physically adjusting the sweetheart table myself during the room reveal, she finally adjusted things similar to the original mockup that i created for her, during cocktail hour. -during my husband and I's room reveal and private vow exchange, she lingered the whole time not to adjust the sweetheart table, but to take photos of us for her social media. it made us extremely uncomfortable and we had to ask staff to have her leave. -she delayed the time that our guests were allowed to enter the reception, because she was taking social media photos and videos for her personal use. -she had promised to have another boutonniere ready for my husband at the reception so that it would look fresh for reception photos - when we had asked her at the reception where the boutonniere was, she said that she "forgot to make one". My husband's best man was kind enough to give him his boutonnière instead. She came back after saying that she will make my husband's bout, but will not be making one for the best man that gave his bout away.

The message was an apology in regards to the delay of the roses on Valentine's. Something short and sweet to my girlfriend that brightened up her day. Bloom & Bears, I want to sincerely thank you for your reconciliation and warm gesture. You've regained me as a customer and I will definitely spread your business word of mouth to my friends and family. 2/14/17 Original Review: Avoid ordering flowers to be delivered on Valentine's Day to your girlfriend's/boyfriend's office. Unless, you don't mind them arriving at the end of the business day. I've ordered flowers from this establishment many times before and I've had zero issues since it was not a special occasion. I don't mind when a dozen roses, without an occasion, arrive anytime for their $80 price. But, when an establishment raises their prices to $150 for Valentine's Day, I expected somewhat of a coordinated delivery process and customer service. Now my girlfriend will receive her flowers as she's walking out of the door and not have the joy of staring at her beautiful roses all day at work. It took three follow up phone calls to get something to be done (10:30am, 1pm, and 2pm). My first call, at 10:30am, I was told they were waiting for the deliver vehicles to return and my order would go out. My second call, I was told, the flowers were out for delivery and they were going to contact the delivery man to check status and I would receive a returned phone call (no returned call). My third call, I was told, they would look into it and I would receive a call back (I actually did receive a call back). The call was returned at 2:30, I was told they would send my flowers out right now for delivery. I was a bit shocked since I was told various things and now I was told the flowers were not even out for delivery. I expressed my concern since my girlfriend is out of the office at 3:00 p.m. and they told me "Sorry, there is no guarantee on Valentine's Day on delivery time and there's nothing I can do." That's when I decided I would leave a review on their lack of customer service. I completely understand there is no guaranteed delivery time on Valentine's Day. I don't understand being lied to on two separate phone calls and the last phone call getting a surprise answer of, "We will send someone to deliver them right now." I ordered flowers for my mother in LA and the owner at that store was able to accommodate my early phone call request (8a.m.) to deliver the flowers before 11a.m. due to her working an early shift this morning. The owner at the LA location went as far as text messaging me a picture with my mother holding up the roses I sent her. She said I was very sweet for sending my mother flowers on Valentine' Day. The roses there also didn't have the price spike that this establishment had and I was very very pleased with their customer service. I understand how busy it must be on Valentine's Day. There's no need to lie to your customer and tell them the flowers are out for delivery when in fact they are not. I called several times because I was contemplating asking my girlfriend to wait at work until she received her flowers. One star on Valentine's Day for customer service and 5 stars on any other day. Very disappointed because my girlfriend really loves your arrangements. But, I might have to look elsewhere to spend $150 on Valentine's Day next year.
