The roast petals are falling off one of the roses was dangling down I contemplated contemplated for two hours took pictures and has till they send them to my daughter. I hate to complain my daughter, but look at these flowers. I know you paid over two or $300 for them. My daughter apologized said I will contact the lady on Monday. She contacted the owner of the store. Owner said I'm sorry I'm not responsible after I deliver Them from my depression. Look at them every day. I contacted the lady on Tuesday didn't apologize. She said I'm not responsible for any flower arrangement after I deliver it. They looked fine when I dropped them off. I said I was gonna enjoy them for a couple days not for a couple of hours. I sent her a video of the flowers I sent her pictures of how they look like now it's Wednesday. I'd send her pictures of how they look like now it's Thursday. I sent her a picture. They look horrible. They look like they're two months old. she says I don't believe it. I said the house has been air-conditioned since Friday. My niece has been using her since 2019. I have a 3 foot flower arrangement that's depressing me and giving me anxiety. Every time I look at her. I reached out to Mahak many times to try to resolve the issue prior to my mom coning over for lunch. I did not hear from her until past 11 to only give me a disappointing response of flowers DIE IN THE HEAT AND TO TAKE OUT THE DEAD ONES AND WATER MY FLOWERS. Yes Mahak everyone knows that flowers can die in the heat. Clearly you did not deliver fresh flowers and neglected to do anything about it. You refused to give me a partial refund or even attempt to replenish the dead wilted flowers you sent for my mother. Truly not sure how you are still in business. If I were to guess its clearly because of all the "free" arrangments you give out to the so called instagram influencers that try to help promote your business. To anyone reading this she only accepts Zelle with that being said it will make it really difficult to dispute with your bank.
