They also said they would contact me by email once arrangement was delivered. Yes, he received the arrangement, but after he went home, so it was sitting at the hospital, requiring a post surgical patient to go back to the hospital to retrieve it. Obviously, they had NOT contacted the hospital to confirm his status and location. There also was no contact with me as well re any delivery anywhere. And, the big complaint: the arrangement looked nothing like what I had ordered, and paid a good sum for. Very disappointed.

We once again ordered a custom arrangement with a bit of a Hawaiian touch for a friend who was born and raised in Hawaii. Many of the flowers of Hawaii that could have been used were simply not available in Oregon during our timeframe. Another supply chain issue of covid. Happy with the results our friend had received last time, we knew Expressions in Bloom would do the best they could, with what they were able to get, as a fitting tropical tribute to our friend's service. They were quite clear as to what flowers would be available and we were happy they were still able to add a Hawaiian touch to our request. They basically had a week to work with as timing was important for our unexpected event. We received a pic of the arrangement and are happy with the final product. Pre-covid, current covid conditions, Expressions came through again. Expressions in Bloom will continue to be our "go to" florist in the Corvallis, Oregon area. Support for small businesses is important during these tough economic times. Support your local businesses, we're all in this together. Neither was able to get them to stay on and were not able to use them. The owner called and implied that they work very well and it was simple to tighten them and we should have figured out how to use them or called for guidance. They did not try them on until they received them minutes before we left for church. I have bought one every year for some 44 years now and this is the first experience like this as I did not like the quality nor the owner's implications and lack of concern. I was visiting Corvallis, so this is not a florist I would use nor recommend to anyone.
