I've bought flowers here multiple times and liked the selection. Today I called to have a get well arrangement made, the first time I called no one answered the phone so I left a message, about two hours later no one had returned my message so I called again. I got a woman that was short and rude. She said tomorrow is Valentines day so I said it can be delivered on Monday after your rush. She asked me to call back on Monday. I said said well I'm off work today and I work on Monday. With clear irritation in her voice "ok I can take your order". I asked her to repeat something she said and the irritation in her voice was evident. I had her on speaker phone so I could pull up the delivery address. I was talking loud because we were driving and she told me in a snotty voice, "you don't have to yell", I said I'm not yelling but I'm talking loud because we're in the car driving. She was snotty again and I told her I'm going to end the call because of your snotty attitude. read more

Incredibly disappointed in their disorganization. My husband ordered flowers for my birthday, and they were never delivered. My husband emailed them about this, they never replied to his email, and he was charged for this order. When I called to check in about it they said that they had already delivered it and they struggled to even find his order when I called them (3 days after it was supposed to be delivered). The person who helped me on the phone seemed disorganized (maybe they're busy) but thankfully they were kind and offered to refund. This is plainly unprofessional- this is your *job* to deliver these orders, and to effectively organize orders and payments. Disappointed is all I feel about this experience. read more

It is truly shocking and sad how Rhythm and Blooms has fallen. Prices have skyrocketed, and the quality of the floral arrangements is at an all-time low. I have been forced to return unacceptable arrangements with their driver before that person left our location. They stalled on the refund and tried to charge me for the delivery! In addition, phone calls regarding special orders are never returned. Do yourself a favor--AVOID this place! read more

Setting the scene, graduation weekend U of O 2025. I ordered my graduate a beautiful $80+tip lei in advance. Lei was to be delivered Saturday and I asked for a window of time (4 hours fine) so my daughter wouldn't miss deliver and her chance to wear a lei. She never got a window which was fine. All day Saturday, she continuously checked, she called and again asked for window and was responded to unpleasantly. We waited patiently 4,5,6,7,8pm... NO LEI. No phone call. I called twice and left messages with nothing returned. So... instead of enjoying time with my graduate.... I'm left calling and driving to various grocery stores trying to find a lei only to find they were sold out. As of noon Sunday, no lei delivered. Finally at 3pm, the wrong lei was delivered. I called and found that the store on 5th was open. The staff member was apologetic and did give me a refund and I was able to drive and pick up the proper lei. I wish I could recommend them, but I can't. Too much time and energy was stolen from my Duck's graduation weekend. read more

Whenever ordering flowers in the lane county area I always go directly to Rhythm and Blooms. This year I was preordering my yearly Valentines flowers for my widowed mom and in a rush without realizing it I selected the wrong date for delivery. Not only did Rhythm and Blooms notice that I may have made a mistake on the date they called to verify the correct date based on the Valentines note I wrote. This thoughtful extra step wasn't required for them they went the extra mile to make sure I had my flowers delivered in time. Love love love this shop read more

These flowers were for a community event attended by 100+ people and I was mortified when they arrived. What a huge disappointment! Ordered 3 weeks ahead, spending nearly $100 and the difference is very stark. Don't get me started with the delivery snafoo. The ruler is 15" high and they are supposed to be 20" in height and 18.5" wide. Zero stars. read more

I am disapointed with your substitute selection for the flowers I ordered for my wife.  I ordered the spring selection in hopes to get some springtime colors .  Instead I received a xmas cactus, a violet and ferns.  In a box, not a basket! Nothing springtime about them and already have them in bloom here.  Didn't really need more of the same. Although we don't order many flowers each year, we do expect something close to what we ordered to be delivered.  We do like shopping locally but will have to reconsider our options next time. If I was able, I could have gone to Freddy's and done a better job. read more

I did happen to be there a few days ago when my sister's birthday flowers were delivered. The flowers were beautiful, delivered by a lovely, pleasant young woman. All the flowers were colorful and fresh. I ordered online, and that process was easy and fast, and for me to say that, it must be true, as I am not the most computer savvy person-. My children purchased roses for me for Mother's Day. They paid $108.00 for an assortment of spray roses. The roses did not even last a week! So disappointed that Rhythm and Blooms would charge that much money for flowers that only lasted 4 days! Weddings tend to attract calamity. Mine was, almost, with my flowers. The ladies were sympathetic & so kind. They escorted me around the shop offering up any flowers I wanted just to make my day. I found an ornamental chili plant. The colors were spectacular, more perfect than anything I could have imagine. The florist suggested succulents. She'd gone above and beyond so I left her to it. They have a beautiful selection of fresh cut local sun flowers. I have always loved the quality of the flowers from Rhythm, & Blooms. They have absolutely beautiful artistic florists. You have to have an eye, and passion for arranging flowers. It is an art. Many years ago I was a florist. I loved it. -very fast paced work. But I tell you what, you are always in a great mood, because if you love what you do knowing that you are going to put a smile on some ones face with such beauty, it makes you happy. I am always impressed with the selection, of not just the already made bouquets, but the arrangements in the cold case. They also have fresh cut flowers that you can grab, and make up your own bouquet. I highly recommend going here if you are looking for some beautiful fresh flowers. They are definitely higher quality than what you would find at your local grocery store line up, and more beautiful. Gentlemen...your ladies will thank you. My wonderful aunt was celebrating her 90th birthday with a large gathering. It coincided with a heavy and unusal snow storm that brought Eugene to its knees for a few days. I called and stated that I needed a rose arrangement for a pretty significant occasion. I specified the details and I was told they could accommodate. 1. Asked for a "clean and classy" look and the filler was thick and gaudy, and just pretty tacky. 2. The arrangement wasn't laid out how I specified. Seemed rushed and not thought out. I had to rearrange the arrangement when I got them. 3. The card that came with the arrangement was wrinkled and sloppy looking... (obviously a rush job.) 4. Wrong colored vase... not even close! The two stars are for the fact that they showed up on time. Get an arrangement at Trader Joe's or Market of Choice and save yourself about 75%!! read more

I was so pleased with my R & B experience. I emailed Rachel, the manager, several months before my wedding to ask about flower prices. (I paid for bouquets to be made professionally for my bridesmaids and I and then bought flowers in bulk for DIY reception table bouquets.) I wanted a place that I knew got at least some of their flowers locally. Rachel sent me an extensive list, along with prices. This is the first time I have received flowers from Rhythm and Blooms. My son and daughter-in-law sent them to me for my birthday. The arrangement is beautiful. It is a mixed arrangement of pinks, purples and white roses, carnations, lilies and other flowers that I don't know the name of. ( I posted a picture) I received them on 6/26/15 and today is 6/28/15, they look as beautiful today as they were when I got them.
