I put my trust in them by placing an order for flowers to be delivered on a loved ones birthday. However they decided to not delivery because they said it was too cold. They never bothered to call me or ask what I wanted. They didn't care to even ask. Thus the person wasn't home when they delivered and just got a note to call back for delivery. When placing the order I was never asked for a best time for delivery, was never told they might not be delivered or any such warning. What a crushing dissapointment. read more

I would have never written this review had my issue been resolved properly. I had a great experience with two of the women who work here while planning my wedding saw samples, and had detailed conversations. Then comes my wedding day! All is paid for I designed my centerpieces around the sample I was shown to fill my mason jars. I truly trusted them to make my vision a reality. I went to see the setup right before my ceremony and lost it when I saw my centerpieces. They looked nothing like what I was shown, and what we discussed!!! I started to cry and lost it! It put me in a terrible mood. I will attach a picture so everyone can see why I was upset! They didn't fill the mason jars like the sample at all. Reason for this review I sent two emails before the wedding even started and then a few more after. The owner said she emailed back and sent me a copy of what she sent. It was very general and told me that the woman worked really hard. That wasn't the point it wasn't what I wanted. If your not giving the bride what she asks for then the hard work doesn't mean much... does it!? My Mom called while I was on my honeymoon and Said she was going to call me and that she gave her my cell phone. I gave her the benefit of the doubt and waited but nope!!!! Sadly I can not recommend this florist, your wedding is the most important day of your life. And the flowers made me very upset right before I said I DO:( and haven't stopped thinking about it since, gets me soo upset to even look at pictureS. read more

Let me start by saying that I have high expectations for flowers. We used to live in Boston and my hubby would spoil me with Winston's arrangements. I was pleasantly surprised by the beautiful arrangement my hubby brought home for me for Valentine's Day last year. The flowers were beautiful and they lasted almost two weeks! I have always recommended this florist. they did a beautiful job on my daughters wedding and for my dads funeral, my mom just passed and the flowers I brought home were dead by the day after the funeral and 2 arrangements looked nothing like what I selected. Also , my cousin purchased and sent an arrangement from here and they were also dead and falling apart on the day after the funeral. My son is getting married next year and I had recommended your shop, when my future daughter in law saw the arrangements and the pics of what they were supposed to look like, she said no way would she use this florist I called the store to express my disatisfication, I got a voicemail back from the owner saying she'd call me back again. A week has passed and I have not heard back I won't be "liking" their page any more! read more

I went in late on a Friday afternoon, with an unusual and time sensitive order- a small bridal nosegay the color of kimchi(!) that I needed first thing Monday morning(!). These folks did a beautiful job translating my request into the perfect, tasteful and elegant bouquet for the event. I was so impressed. read more

Well. Looks like they have changed owners. And was not happy with the service at all. The prices have gone way up. Ordered a vase arrangement for $50. When it arrived, in a pick up truck, it was very small and loaded with mums. So I thought maybe that was the total and included the delivery charge. But that was not the case. Still charged a delivery on top of the $50. It is sad because it was such a great shop and now not one familia face in the place. read more

Flower by the station helped me so much. There was a flower arrangement I had seen in Google Images made by them and I could not find it in the website.... Come to find out that it was because they had already switched there website for Fall arrangements (which makes sense). However, I had sent them a picture of the arrangement I had my heart set in for my mom and THEY MADE IT HAPPEN... To top it off without them knowing I had wanted a little pop of purple they choose the purple when they didn't have yellow flowers and it was just all a wonderful experience. Very kind and welcoming ladies and quick to respond... I had happened to message them through social media praying for the best and THEY CAME THROUGH... My husband always gets my flowers here and they are always of great quality. This past Friday I received two dozen long stem roses for our anniversary and they were some of the most beautiful roses I've ever seen. It has been five days and they are still STUNNING. The first trip I made to Flowers by the Station settled me on a florist I will ALWAYS come back to. The woman at the counter greeted my friend and me with a smile and asked what we were interested in that day. We told her, we needed something with a bunch of purples, to help my friend's grandmother who was recovering from hip surgery. She asked if we had a budget, and mentioned that no budget was too small. Our budget was in the $20-25 range, and she said, "Okay, great! I'm gonna go fix something up for you and bring it out to see what you think, ok?" She also asked if we needed a vase, which we did, then she disappeared into the back room for just a few minutes, and returned to the store front with a HUGE BEAUTIFUL unique and fragrant floral design that blew us both away! We said "WOW!" in unison and her face lit up with humble pride and a smile. "Is this okay?" she asked. In unison, again, we both said, "it's perfect!" We felt as though we were treated as friends, and that every person who walked through that door was cared about and had probably given the same reaction. I HIGHLY recommend Flowers by the Station. They did the floral arrangements for my daughter s wedding on 7-14-12. Guests complimented us on how beautiful the centerpieces that Michelle created were. We had gone to a couple other florists prior to coming here, and when we came here, we knew this was the right place for us. The flowers are fresh, the pricing is very reasonable, and the staff was very pleasant to deal with. If your looking for a great florist, all I can say is check them out. I recently ordered flowers from The Station. I live near St. Louis, but the flowers sent to a Memorial Service from The Station were exactly what was described to me on the phone. My flower delivery was NOT made on the day I requested. When I called, I expressed that it was important that the delivery be made that day and that the person receiving the flowers WAS going to be home. At the end of the day, the flower shop called my cell and left a message saying that they couldn't deliver the flowers unless I provided a phone number for the person receiving the flowers, so they could call her to make sure she was going to be home......even after I told them when I ordered that she WOULD be home and it was VERY important that they be delivered THAT day. Also, this was a SURPRISE. I asked them why they would call the person and ruin the surprise prior to delivering the flowers? They said it was their "policy" to call the person first to make sure they were going to be home. So basically, it's their "Policy" to ruin the surprise of the person getting the flowers. This "Policy" is not posted anywhere in the store, or on the receipt, AND they KNEW she would be home because I told them she would be. They made it seem like it was MY fault that they didn't deliver the flowers. So now, it's the next day and they're going to deliver the flowers with me not knowing if anyone will be home and the florist tells me that they'll leave them at MY RISK if she's not home. How unprofessional! They offered me a refund, but then I'd still have to try to find a florist today who would deliver today, and I needed to be in work soon, so that wasn't an option, just more of an inconvenience. This was my first and last experience with this florist. read more
