My boyfriend has ordered beautiful arrangements from this shop for me over the past 2 years bc peonies are my favorite! They have gorgeous arrangements but terrible delivery and customer service staff. The last straw was Valentine's Day 2024. He ordered a very ornate and expensive arrangement to be delivered to me on V Day (2/14). Long story short, the flowers never arrived. He showed me screenshots in which they ignored his texts throughout the day then insisted the flowers were delivered - which, they weren't - I even provided my ring camera timeline for proof. A delivery arrived at my door late afternoon 2/15... I understand Valentine's Day is likely the busiest day of their year but they should have prepared for it. Imagine spending $1500-2000 on a bouquet to be gaslit and lied to about the delivery then for it to be delivered a day late... unacceptable and very disappointing They just lost loyal customers who have spent thousands of dollars with them smh read more

I should have read previous reviews about service delivery issues. I picked this shop because they are literally a 3-minute drive from the delivery location. I ordered the flowers on a Monday morning for a Wednesday delivery (my wife and I's 25th wedding anniversary). About midday on Wednesday, after nothing arrived, I sent an email to their advertised email address asking for a delivery update. No response. I then called the phone number on their website, which gave me a prerecorded message saying it was better to text. So I texted...again, no response. We finally got a text from the delivery person at 9:30 Wednesday evening as we were going to bed saying there was "a lot of orders for today" and asked if they could deliver it within the next hour or in the morning. Since we were headed to bed, we opted for the next morning. It's now 9:45am on Thursday and still nothing. I understand if there are service issues...it happens. But the complete lack of communication from them that there was an issue (especially after I proactively reached out) is completely unacceptable. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. EDIT: In response to the shop's speedy reply: I appreciate the refund and the apology. But to clarify, I did leave instructions using your listed email address to leave the bouquet at the front door if nobody answered (during my attempt to contact you on delivery day). We received no texts from you until that first one at 9:30pm, as noted above. And, the delivery address provided to you was in fact the actual full address clearly marked on the front of the building...there is no unit number. read more

Please don't NOT buy your flowers from this florist, my partner gave me flowers from them for our anniversary and they started dying faster than usual and some never fully bloomed when I first received them I also noticed they were brown petals starting from the stem. The peonies were cared for as instructed. They will not go out of their way to make things right even tho they had told us "what can we do to make things right" and never did. They will always have a excuse for why they're not responsible. These flowers are not cheap.I would never recommend them to anyone I know.The only reason my partner put we never received the flowers was to open the claim because that was the only option, obviously he did in store pick up. I only wish he saw the red flags with the fake reviews they have on their website. As many others have left a review saying, my bf ordered flowers for Valentine's Day to be delivered on Valentine's Day. No flowers, no message nothing. The next day 2.15 he gets an email asking "how did we do" as if they did anything. 930pm 2.15 while I was asleep... message from flower guy "I'm 10 away" yeah... I'm asleep at 930 on a Thursday sorry. It's one thing to mess up on Valentine's Day I understand it's a busy day, but you need to communicate that to people. Let the customers know you messed up and it won't be arriving, offer a discount on the order SOMETHING, ASK if they want it delivered the next day at 9pm. Next year maybe don't be greedy and take orders you can't even handle just so you can get the money. Response to the shop. He sent an email on the day of and didn't get a response. There's also still no reason it should have come at 9pm the next day without any kind of communication. I had a delivery booked weeks in advance from another flower shop (Clementine Floral Works) that turned out to be a total nightmare filled with excuses and miscommunications, and I really needed something that's nice, and have it all designed and delivered within a few hours. I called and Victoria was able to put together an amazing design with very limited time. It was delivered to the gf's office an hour before they close and she was very happy. It was her birthday and she deserved something that's beautiful. Overall, the product delivered was beautiful, and the communication was great! Victoria showed me pictures of the peonies, the number of stems she will use for each color, and the other flowers she would be using to compliment the design. I have purchased flowers from many florists and this is my first bad experience. So I thought I would give this place a shot but I was extremely unsatisfied with my flowers. Furthermore, they did nothing about my complaint. They Just kept blaming it on me on the flowers dying in less than 48 hours. For $250 flowers, they should be lasting more than that. Especially, after following the instructions that were giving to me carefully as I wanted them to last for my anniversary. The customer service is terrible and will only say "sorry" but then go on and put the blame on the customer. Don't know how hard it is to understand that I read the instructions for their care carefully. There are many shops that will offer better customer service and better flowers, shop elsewhere. The phone number sounds like a mobile number because the man that answers it has no clue on flower orders and tells you he will call you back in "5 minutes" to get the status, but doesn't return the call. When I filed a dispute I wrote that I received the product but the flowers were defective, no good, and not to the standard that they promote them to be. In their email it says "I'm not sure why the pedals turned brown" and just expected me to remove the ones that started to die to make them appear good. What good does that do, they are still dying. I was celebrating my anniversary, I thought the matter could be handled a few days afterwards when I returned from what I had planned. read more

They took my order over the phone to send someone flowers. They were super helpful and professional on the phone, and very communicative. I got confirmation as soon as my payment was processed, when my arrangement was ready, and when the delivery was successfully completed. I didn't get to see the flowers in person, so it was really nice to get a photo and video of the arrangement so I'd know what my recipient was getting. This flower shop is a scam I just ordered $650 dollar bouquet on Mother's Day and it looked nothing like I ordered all the peonies were open and wilted and the picture I ordered had way more flowers then what arrived we were so disappointed let alone I gave a 70 dollar tip to deliver 1 city over and they arrived @ 7pm but I understand it's Mother's Day but I don't understand the quality of flower you guys use to scam people in purchasing something they didn't order I called and asked for a refund I told them I would return the flowers I sent them pictures and they still give me the run around won't give me the supervisors name or number .
