The delivery lady called to tell me how my mom reacted and even texted me the picture of the flowers. --- The entire experience was so personable, definitely made me feel like a valued costumer. One thing I want to point out is that they operate from 9 AM to 5 PM, and there's no way for us to place flower delivery online unless it's by phone. It was difficult for us to reach them since we too have to work from 9 AM to 5 PM. But I'm not going to take away a star for something so minor.
