The food is really good here and USUALLY service is really good. But there is this one bartender named Jessie , he's beyond slow and makes very snarky comments towards guests. I asked him to make me a sweet drink and he said "I need more than that" I was trying to taste a different cocktail but since he didn't want to help, I defaulted to my usual drink which is a margarita he said "well that's not sweet" ....thankfully his friend told him to make me a mermaid drink and he got upset with her in front of my face that he didn't want to make it because it was complicated, I told him , it was fine , he didn't have too if it was too much. My boyfriend ordered a Tito's sprite and he brought back a Tito's cranberry, we didn't say anything. The guests next to us who we did not know, asked to order food and said we're getting the same order , one order will be well done and Jessie said "well it's not the same then" ... after he gave us our drinks, he came back 30 minutes later and I HAD to stop him and ask if we could please order food..... this isn't the first time we've had him and every time he's the bartender, it's terrible service . read more

We arrived sat down and were waiting for quite a while with no one attempting to help us until a regular.....a customer that's there every day asked if we were waiting for a server and HE went and got one for us. The server pointed out there were 6 min left for happy hour discounted appetizers. We ordered for drinks a Pepsi, a diet and a mtn dew. When it was time for refills they had no more dew, no option for root beer, starry it is. The food had amazing presentation. We ordered mozzarella sticks and nachos to start. They were both very good. We did not get utensils or napkins till the main meals showed up. For our meals we ordered a Philly with tots, a burger with tots and a Buffalo chicken salad. Again the presentation was great. The Philly tasted good, the burger was excellent, then the salad had a long hair in it.... it happened while the waitress was checking on us so she apologized said let's us make you something else and we'll take it off the bill. Not wanting to take a chance with the same thing we got another Philly but with beer battered fries. When it came it had tots instead of fries, and when the bill came they took off the salad but charged for the replacement. If you like a noisy bar atmosphere then this is the place to go. It appears they are an eagles bar. The food, if there wasn't the incident with the hair would get an A+, the service needs improvement. Kylie is the worst!!! You can never find her...have to constantly ask for a drink...doesn't ask if you want a menu...I've been a few times and will never go again. I noticed shes only nice to the men who walk in. Kylie has ZERO customer service skills and needs to be retrained!!!! I WILL NEVER GO BACK! First time in, pretty impressed with the layout, did not smell of cigarette smoke which is always a plus. It was Happy Hour, which they have three different times seven days a week! Food is not all that great. The the brunch with a complementary champagne, the champagne is way too sweet. It's like having sweet tea from the south. It's super dark in there, and the music is like it's a nightclub way too loud. And the music is so random you'll get metal head, banging music then I'll turn over to Frank Sinatra, then I'll turn over to Madonna and all this is blaring in your ears there's no consistency in the music. 2nd time they did something to f up the order. I called In for wings with buffalo sauce and extra hot sauce on the side. Also a side of fries. Last time they completely forgot the fries. And my bf was pissed as was I because now I have to go back after my shower. So by then he didn't even want them. Well this time the fries were there and I made sure to check. But now no sauce AT ALL not on the side & not on the wings. I have called in this order for him many times since this location opened not long ago. And everything always perfect. But now Idk. COOKS : you need to read the WHOLE ticket not just the beginning part and bartenders/ or servers needs to double check. It's not that hard. Great food but steep prices especially for the tater tots. I think for $10.99 they should give you a lot more tater tots. High quality food but over priced in our opinion. I had a gorgonzola apple salad with crispy chicken and it was amazing. Husband had a hamburger with an egg on it (can't remember the name) and said it was super delicious. Great service! read more

Service was great! Even though our waitress all of sudden got slammed she was still attentive. Called other staff and they were all just as great. Very clean, bathrooms well kept. Plenty of food. The decoration was very cute. The food was okay. The service was below okay. When my mom asked for non alcoholic beverages, the waitress questioned my mom and why she even came to a bar in a very rude way. I am not a fan of that attitude and treatment for her. The nachos I think got me sick the next day. Philly cheesesteak with their homemade cheese was okay. There is definitely better food and would not go again. Congrats on the opening! I live in the neighborhood and decided to check it out on Friday night. It was pretty packed in there which was awesome to see. Bella was our server but Sara was also there and they were a great team making sure everyone sitting at tables were taken care of. My friends and I all shared a few appetizers and the potstickers were great. I also got the tide burger which was cooked perfectly. Overall, 10/10 recommend! read more

The place is really actually pretty cute inside, has a nautical feel to it with a mermaid, lighthouse and really like the colors they chose. The bar is big, kind of typical middle of the room kind of bar with some video gambling. Drinks were good, they had a decent selection of draft. I had the 805. Me and my sisters sat in the very large comfortable booths and ordered Tide Tots, the fried hot buffalo cauliflower for appetizers, which I did like but no one else did. I had the Rueben, it was very good, and onion rings were really good, not a lot of them but they were decent size. I almost finished the whole thing and I have a huge appetite. My one sister had a bowl consisting of pork (I think) and some rice beans etc. She said she liked it ok. My other sister had the chimichanga, don't think she was too impressed so would probably skip that one. Nice service, but it took a while to get our tots out. Overall, probably will not go again, but wouldn't be averse to going there just nothing special. read more

I have came to the bar twice for food and brinks around 12:00 or 1:00 and both times the food took over an hour. It's bs they need to hire more staff. The place can be grate and has potential but not with the amount of staff they have on grave. One bartender and one cook isn't doing it! Looking for a new neighborhood hangout since Rum Runners closed their doors a couple weeks back. This is the place!!!!

The ambiance inside is nice--spacious with great views of multiple TVs from anywhere in the restaurant. However, our experience with the food and service was disappointing. We ordered wings and fries during happy hour, but the fries were stone cold, and the wings were barely above room temperature. To make matters worse, when the server brought our food, they accidentally spilled fries onto my wife's lap. While they did bring out replacement fries as an apology, at least these were warm. Unfortunately, this experience fell short of expectations. We won't be returning or recommending this place. read more

Husband and I stopped in on the way home after dinner. We sat at the bar and were greeted right away.The bartenders were very nice and seemed to be enjoying their jobs. Great view of the TVs, cool decor and hot machines. MacGyver and Kyla (I think that's her name) were awesome and fun to interact with. Definitely recommend stopping in to check it out. We didn't try the food since we just had dinner, but will be giving it a try next time. Glad we have another place to stop in for beer with good staff. read more
