drove across town to meet some friends at this distillery to play pool, eat, and hang out. It wasn't very busy, probably because it was during the day on a weekday, but I can imagine the atmosphere would be really great when it's more crowded. That said, the highlight of our visit was definitely Robyn, our bartender. She was amazing, super friendly, accommodating, and easy to talk to. Easy parking in front and to the east side (covered parking is another company's). Clean, comfortable, great place to watch FIFA today with other locals. Pretty good HVAC handling the triple digit heat and a smoker at the bar. This was on a list of top 10 dive bars in Henderson. Ha, not a dive, but a good, albeit dark, bar with a solid menu and games. This place is fantastic! the service, the employees and the environment are such a good time!!! Until last night. I was actually there, and this review that a woman named "Bobbi H" left is a complete misrepresentation of what happened. She clearly offended Ray and got weird when he didn't find her awkward and offensive joke funny...when he chose to walk away from the situation, she continued berating him. What followed was an unnecessary scene screaming, shouting, and verbally harassing him until he finally reached his limit and attempted to have them leave. Yes, Ray momentarily stepped out of character, but after watching how much he endured before getting to that point, I think most people would have lost their patience much sooner. The accusations being made against him completely flip the situation around and leave out her own behavior leading up to it. And the suggestion that Ray is somehow a problem for that bar is especially ridiculous. That bar was full because of Ray. I was there because of Ray. People genuinely come to see him because of his personality, energy, and the atmosphere he creates behind the bar. I've been a bartender for almost 15 years myself. I know this industry, I know what bartenders deal with, and I know a great bartender when I see one. Ray is a great bartender. Everyone is entitled to share their experience, but making serious accusations while leaving out the behavior that led to the confrontation isn't an accurate representation of what happened. I witnessed it firsthand, and the version being presented by "Bobbi" is simply not what I saw. read more

I love Jeanna like a sister. I'll follow her wherever she goes. This location is a bit far for me. However, as long as she is on Swing Shift... I'll visit her. It's very well decorated. It's got a a huge dining room. I haven't tried the food. I've seen it come out and it looks good. read more

I like the layout and lighting. The bartenders were attentive and skilled. It wasnt very busy but it took an extremely long time to get my dates 2 items. We went during happy hour but it wasnt half full in the space. They ordered a bread item, and salad for the second item. Both took forever, even if they had a broken fryer, the waits were long for how many people were actually present. Maybe I missed another floor? It didn't sound loud but we did just come in and go to the bar. I should have seen that happy hour isn't twice a day anymore and updated a picture to their folder. Id go here again, ill snap a pic then. Its now 3-7 not 2-6 2x a day. Other than that it has a compact but diverse menu. I am over the 20 page menu's. read more

This is my favorite neighbourhood bar!! Layla its amazing and always takes great care of us! From remembering us and our orders to always being patient and helpful when my other half can't decide what to order. Great appetizers and my favorite is the number of tv screens. The swing shift has a bar tender named Cassidy who is amazing. She handles the bar like I've not seen in a long time. UPDATE 1/4/25: Been a very long time since we visited Distill and we made our return during the first Friday of the new year. Distill is one of my favorite local bars in the Las Vegas valley. The parking lot was packed when we got there, so we were expecting it to be busy. However, it was not busy at all when we entered and there were plenty of seating choices available. There are a lot of auto repair shops nearby, so it's possible that all these cars we saw in the parking lot came from those shops. The holidays may be over, but drink wise, the holidays are still on. I ordered their reindeer spritz off their cocktail menu and my boyfriend ordered a Guinness stout. The reindeer spritz consisted of cranberry juice, Crown Royal and Peach Schnapps with a hint of Red Bull, and topped with a lemon slice and a cherry. Though I could only taste the cranberry, this was an excellent holiday drink! Before starting with our entrees, we shared an appetizer of buffalo chicken egg rolls. These were absolutely amazing, not to mention cheesy! They also weren't too scalding hot when we got them, so we weren't able to wait a while for them to cool down, which was a plus for us. Did we have breakfast for dinner? Indeed we did! I ordered their pancakes with a side of sausage (add $3 for sides) and my boyfriend ordered their BYO burrito. His favorite part about his dish was the bacon strips that were hidden inside of it. I'm not a big bacon person by all means, but the burrito in general looked really good! He even finished the entire thing on his own, in which he tends to do each time we go out to a restaurant. I was really close to finishing my pancakes, topped with butter and syrup, but I just couldn't do it. The sausage that came with it was pretty good, too! This is a chill place where you can hang out, enjoy great food and drinks, watch a game or two, and even play pool. We will definitely be back here again next time! read more

Went in last night with my best friend, we had Ray as our bartender while I ordered my drink he rolled his eyes, but then gave completely different service to my best friend who is a black male... my friend and I chatted for maybe an hour we ordered two drinks. I asked Ray for the check and he ignored me for the second time. We sat for another 20 minutes waiting. My friend asked him for the check and he brought it immediately. While my friend went to the bathroom, I asked Ray if there was something I said or did to offend him he said yes when I asked what it was since we did not interact with one another, but a few words and me ordering a drink... he walked away as I was still talking. Things escalated and then he threatened KILL my friend and I. He came around the bar to literally attack us. Using the N word and calling me a bitch. It took other patrons in the bar to hold him back from us. I don't know what bar or establishment would accept this behavior by an employee. You can pull the footage. It happened around 2 AM last night. We have never been treated so poorly. The female bartender then tried to de-escalate the situation by apologizing and telling us he had been drinking??? her words where we all have been drinking.. mind you my friend and I were there for an hour maybe more and ordered two drinks. One bartender can make her break a place my friend and I have been coming to this establishment since before it was distill. And as long as that bartender is employed there, we will take our money elsewhere. read more

I like this location! Plenty of seating around the bar, and around the building. They have Pool, and the music that can be paid for from an app. The nachos were great! Greasy delightful bar food! Service was fast, and the bartender was super sweet. Bathrooms are incredibly clean! There is a slightly Smokey smell, but not so bad that it clings to you when you leave. read more

I got a wrap with regular chicken not blackened chicken which cost $5 extra, avocado, tomatoes, bacon, and southwest dressing. I have a tomatoe allergy so I couldn't even eat it. Decided to check this place for our date night. It was very close to home, so we can run home if babysitter needs us. Unfortunately won't go back. It's not a bad bar, it's just a bar... not a date night spot. Service was extremely slow in the beginning. Then Lexy, our server saved the evening. It was like a switch. We waited for our drinks for about 20 min in an empty bar. (Just beer), but after that everything else was very quick. Food was good. Drinks were pricy. But I don't go much to the bars, so not sure if it's everywhere now. Huge building with a lot of potential. They need to expand it with more games and more selection of drinks read more

Oh man this place saved my life at 1:00 a.m. ordered the shrimp with French roll it is to die for I will go back every night for this. My daughter ordered the spicy chicken sliders it was a bit hot so make sure you like spice if you choose to order it but they were on point. We also had the tater tots the house salad and drinks. Jay at the bar was especially helpful answer our questions and was a tentative to our needs. The prices were really reasonable and for bar food this place is on point they need a restaurant section. So my only reason for giving this place 5 stars is because of Shara, the bartender. She was friggin AWESOME!! I met my friend here for HH on 05/15/2024 which I met in the parking lot because we both arrived @ the same time. As soon as we walked into the bar Shara said "hi" to us. This was so nice to be acknowledge right when we walked in. She was also quick to come up to the bar to take a drink order from us & give us menu's when we told her we were there for HH. I was having trouble deciding on what to eat as I was dealing with some heartburn & that kills my appetite. Shara had given me a few suggestions of foods that she & customers like. I decided to go with the grilled chicken sandwich but asked if I could have it fried instead & just add lettuce, tomato & mayo to it. I also asked for the avocado & bacon on the side & she told me that it could be done. Funny thing is when it arrived & I went to go put the mayo on it it was just 2 chicken fingers.....lol I mentioned this to her & she apologized & told me she misunderstood me, which was OK I still got fried chicken & the presentation of it was great! The bacon was yummy even though it wasn't cooked soft how I like it but I also didn't ask for it to be. I got the tater tots which were yummy. I pulled the chicken fingers off & just dipped them in some honey mustard sauce & omitted the bread and fixings. Chicken tenders are OK, not fresh but frozen. I had told her how we had gone to the Distill location in Inspirada & how the service was poor there and that we decided to come to this location to try it out. She was so friendly & came back & checked on us to see how our food was & brought us drinks when we asked. My friend had a well vodka, soda with lime & told me that she makes her drinks really good. I ended up getting a Tito's and it was good. I love their big glasses that they serve their drinks it, they're the same ones that BJ's uses. It was just about 4pm & Shara was nice enough to come tell us that she was going to be headed home that her shift was ending. I like when bartenders do this vs just "disappearing" on you. I immediately told her I wanted to cash out with her, like why would I want to tip the on coming bartender for Shara's service. So we cashed out with her. Well we should have left when Shara left because the two new bartenders a male & female who came on were horrible. I couldn't even tell you their names because they never once came over to us. There were 4 other people to our right that had been there when Shara was there & neither bartenders had gone over to any of them either. Like really? If I was the new bartender coming onto my shift I would go to every customer sitting @ the bar (it wasn't packed either) & introduce myself & see if anyone needed anything. I just couldn't believe how neither one of them came over to any of us & there were 2 of them......so for that I would give a 1 star. If my friend & I or myself ever go back to this location we will sure go before 4pm & hopefully get Shara again since the 4pm bartenders suck! Thank you Shara for giving us such wonderful customer service & being so AWESOME. I think Shara needs to train the other bartenders on what customer service is all about!! read more

We are regulars at Distill on American Pacific today's service was not good. Bartender only stayed on 1 side of the bar. Pretzel bites came out cold and hard salad was good. Bar area was dirty floor sticky and had trash on it. We have never seen it so dirty. Very disappointed in this visit. read more

Like the food and servers. The giant dishwashing guy has lumbered behind the bar the last 5 times in a row! Eating food, burping, picking his teeth, picking his nose, and scratching his head while coughing with his mouth open makes me sick. So many great servers been phased out but this disgusting Person is there every day. I have avoided this place because of him and the stupid music but get trapped in it every time. I'll head to village pub where it's consistent. Omg the music is a rediculas blend of autotuned madness and speed metal. Then as bonus you can watch sports, listen to great music and play slots!! This particular location is super spacious and clean!! Definitely a great place to come, hang out and eat. read more

Came in for the UFC fight tonight and had amazing service from both the servers. As we sat and people watched they seemed to never miss a beat with each other and were on top of everything. Stopped in for breakfast while I was getting some work done on my car and I am very glad I did. I live in the area and I have driven by many times and I have wondered about the food. I am always interested in quality bar food, however at 10a, I am usually not interested in chicken fingers. Maybe when I was in my twenties. Breakfast was the order of the day and I ordered a ham and cheese omelet. I am glad I did. The perfect ratio of ham to cheese to egg. The salsa was just fine and it was salsa not pico de gallo. I am not a morning person. I usually want to be left alone until my soul wakes. Shara was fabulous. Great attitude. Funny without over trying. Friendly. As you can imagine, not a huge rush of people at 10, but Shara showed the perfect amount of attentiveness. Perfection. Restrooms were clean, with the exception of one missing tile. The rest of the area seemed clean, as well, which shows they care about their work place. I'm sure the missing tile will be replaced soon. I mean that is not Shara's responsibility, that is management. Do yourself a favor, if you are in the area, stop in. Say hello to Shara. Show her some love and enjoy the experience. read more
