Okay. I waited just about 24 hours to post this. This happened on Sunday Aug 2nd 2026 at around…read more1:30pm. My friend and I popped in to Winchell's Pub and Grill for a beer and wings. We sat in the "bar" area. At that time there were around 5 patrons sitting at the bar proper playing video poker and the like. Pretty quite. We sat at the bar tables and not at the bar because usually those are reserved for people playing video poker, in most taverns it is. No big deal. My friend went to the bar and asked the server about getting a couple of beers. She was polite and came out from the bar to serve us. She took the beer and wing order. She also asked if we'd like waters. Yes thank you and my friend asked for lemon with his water. And this is where it went down hill and fast. She came out with the two beers and water but no lemon. My friend asked about the lemon and she apologized for not having already with his water. No big deal, at this point. The wings come out and again. No lemon. My friend goes up to the bar, a scant under 5 feet away from our bar table and nicely asks again for his lemon. At this point, she could have just put a few in a small cup and this would be the end. Nope. She says she'll bring some around. At this point. The number of patrons at the bar is still sitting at 5. All happily playing video poker. There doesn't seem like a lot needs to be done with them at this point. I even saw the server putting on lip gloss or whatever. Now the server gets to bringing over the lemon that was missing from the beginning of the order. Well, we got read the riot act. She begins to tell us that, if we want to have somebody waiting on them at a moments notice, we should have gone to the resturant portion of the Pub and Grill because there are more people to help and that she is all by herself. This is verbatim. The people that are playing poker at the bar are priority not the people sitting at the tables. Next time you're just eating and drinking go to the restaurant portion of the establishment not the bar she explained. Well, my friend just so happens to be a bartender and said, yes, you've got to do some juggling, I get it. But to have to ask three times to get something that should have been included with the order that showed up is on the server. Then to basically tell us, your presences here in the bar is of low priority is an insult. Sucking up to the patrons that gamble so you get a bigger tip is on you love. You run the bar area, all the patrons are your priority. I didn't pay the bill my friend did and by the way of his reaction to it all, I'm sure the tip was close to ZERO. If this is indicative of the bar staff at this and all other locations, my hard earned money will be going elsewhere where.

It's located right down. Cactus before you get to the big Optum medical building, it's really easy to find. There's plenty of parking along the sides of the building, so you don't have to worry about where you're going to put your car. The outside of the building is very inviting and almost looks like you're coming home. When you walk in the door, the interior of the building really feels like you are in someone's house. Dark wall paneling, that dim lights, and just an overall warmth gives this place a very home-like atmosphere. The bar area is really beautiful. Plenty of TV surrounding the bar as well as gaming options so there is plenty to see and do while you're there. I opted for a booth as I wanted to have breakfast. Even though it was a slower morning, the weight staff was very attentive and made sure that everything I wanted was available. I decided on the breakfast to burrito, and had some coffee while I waited. I have to tell you, the food here is very good. Like I have seen a million of these little taverns all over the Las Vegas area of connoral and have been to a couple and the food was.. adequate. first let me say…read morethat tilly is fantastic. i usually order eggs and hashbrowns or taco salad due to having a limited diet, i cannot have dairy and i don't eat meat. but i have been told to back off greasy food no more than once a week am i allowed it. so i said i will go get an egg sandwich, they have a $10 special. it doesn't say dine in only. i also have ordered this from andy directly--2 one time, 2 another... tilly says the owner which is andy? says no to go orders on egg salad anymore. so... i can't eat there. brother says take it off the list or leave it on for breakfast for when i can eat that stuff again. i am pretty upset because i took nothing out of the freezer, made no alternative plans, sure its my fault, i should have prepared for a disaster. my bad. stupid rule, if its not to go, put that on the sign--dine in only. and don't do it sometimes, make it a permanent rule. The bathrooms are next to it & when I went to go use the bathroom is was very cold in the dining room (had to walk thru) & in the bathroom. The other side was more fancy. You can see each areas thru the glass windows inside. I joined my friend's @ the bar & decided to play some video poker & it ate my $40 and I didn't end up winning. I would have moved to a different machine if I wasn't there with my friend's. The bartender was Doc who was friendly & my friend Carlton was conversing with him about the sports. I'm glad my friends had come here since I've been eyeing the establishment after it opened whenever I would drive by it. I'd definitely come back & hope to have better luck gambling. The weather that evening was perfect to sit outside on their patio, watch a little bit of game 6 of the World Series, and watch other people go by all dressed up in their own costumes. It was not too hot, not too cold, and not windy at all, though it started getting a little chilly as the night progressed. Our waiter was Batman (actually Jorge dressed as Batman lol), who made a pretty impressive Batman impersonation. The Cali Squeeze Blood Orange Hefe, Jack Daniel's, among other alcoholic drinks made appearances. Not to mention the various Jell-O syringe shots someone in our group bought along with her, and yes, she was dressed up as a nurse. ;D Food appearances were pub pretzels and pork sliders with fries on the side. Jorge (aka Batman) told us that we were given the last pork slider dishes available, as they ran out. We initially thought that he was joking, but he was not. The pretzels were great to snack on while I drank my beer, in the case I was going to drink more later that night. I did drive here, so I had to really pace myself with my drinks. We typically go here when we're craving a good steak but don't want to break the bank. They have a NY Strip steak that I'd put up against most Vegas steakhouses. Always a nice cut, thick and juicy and charbroiled to perfection. Never ever have we had a bad one. It's served with a loaded baked potato stuffed with cheese, bacon, butter, sour cream and chives. They also serve it with some butter n garlicky asparagus and carrots. And for only $24.95, no other place can touch it. Although we were way too bloated for dessert, they do have a couple of amazing ones to try if you come here. The fried Oreos are deadly! Deep fried Oreo cookies with chocolate and caramel sauce with whipped cream. Their newest edition to the dessert menu is their best though. Butter Toffee Cake served warm with vanilla ice cream, candied pecans and whipped cream. Nothing else to say except yum.
