We enter this awesomely decorated bakery more mom and pop shop , find out that the owners were from bergen county nj . They have a small menu with lunch and breakfast items only . They had a small variety of sweets that were all made from scratch . I had the carrot cake which was excellent but a little dry for my taste and the frosting was excellent. I bought the chesse cake by style which was excellent . Going to have to stop in when in this area to try out other goodies . Don't expect a large variety or big menu more small and sweet . There limit seating maybe sets about 10 small tables . There on the street parking and small lot .

Quick stop for lunch right off 17. Funky welcoming spot with local flavor. Eclectically decorated, nice background music. Today's soup lentil was so homey and nuanced, sad to see the bottom of the bowl... Salad with balsamic chicken fresh and dressed beautifully with house dressing. Shout out to Zac Max (zacmax.com) whose sculptures we were admiring when we learned our fellow diner was the artist himself who was just about to put a new coat of paint on his works!

What a surprise: World class pastries, food, and panini off the beaten path. Everything here is freshly made in-house. The owners, Lou and Ellen, are passionate about their food. Actually, they're passionate about everything. Get them talking and you're in for a conversation. Ask about the name and there's a story. Ask about a dish, and there's a story. Why did they open a place in Liberty? A story. Ask him to show you the Floyd and Bobo art. You'll love the decor which, like the owners, is hippie-creative. Every wall is laden with pictures and objects and most of it has a story. I had a panini which was fresh and cheesy, with quality ham. Bread is made fresh using what they learned from someone who used to bake at Katz's (which was a famous bakery in Liberty -- ask and you'll get that story.) Stunning array of products, given that Lou and Ellen do it all. Pastries, cakes, breads (which they use for sandwiches but sadly, do not sell). Lou and Ellen are hard working folks with tons of heart. They get lots of locals in and out all day. They are eager to contribute to community. The only slight disappointment was the bread pudding. Made from cinnamon roll croissants and danishes but more bread than pudding, I'd have liked it a lot wetter; but that's an individual preference. The coffee was stellar, by the way. I bought a pound of beans to take with me. Do not drive past Floyd and Bobo's without stopping and having a little something. And get a story to go.

I love you guys so much! Made a visit during the isolation and having a sense of normalcy was so nice. So nice to see familiar faces. The owners are sooooo damn sweet. The husband had me try some soup he was making. The food is delish and the garlic bagels are a family favorite. Such a cute, delightful and friendly place. The food is and pastries are like nothing around here.

My boyfriend was working in Liberty and the kids and I were wandering around the town looking for a neat place to hang out for a little while. Viewing it from the street, we already knew it was our kind of place. Ellen and Louie were very hospitable and the food was very good. We went there 3 times during our short trip. After talking to them for a few minutes, you could tell they really cared about the community they serve, and that's the kind of place I always want to spend my money! PS- Their Floyd & Bobo's pasta sauce is amazing too!

The owners are incredible, and the food and baked goods are the best. By far the best bakery in the village.

Cute little cafe serving up some great coffee and delicious food. We spent about $40 for breakfast…read moreso I would consider it more than a to-go type of place. Unfortunately, the 3/5 stars is for (1) Not having any tap/filter water available. I bought water but it's just not a sustainable practice. (2) Not just not having a bathroom for customers but the attitude I got when I just inquired about both things... We were going to grab a couple cookies on the way out, but just ended up leaving.

4.5 A close friend…read moresuggested we take the 20-minute drive from the place we were staying to this spot, and it was well worth it. The place is well-lit, clean, and has a nice, chill vibe. The staff is super friendly, always smiling, and they all seem to enjoy being there. Food-wise, we got coffee, the Early Bird sandwich (sausage, egg, and cheddar on a biscuit), and another biscuit with jam (sorry, no pic). The biscuits are square, flaky, and buttery. The jam appeared to be homemade mixed berry, and it was really tasty. The SEC was also really good--pairing those buttery, flaky biscuits with sausage patties, cheddar, and egg made for breakfast perfection! If you're an avocado lover, the Early Bird should be your go-to, as they give you at least half an avocado. There are two drawbacks to the Walk In: 1) It's not a place with many seats. They have three tables and some counter space, so if you're planning to eat there, be warned. 2) I wish they had more bakery items besides biscuits, bagels, and cookies (which are also really good). They had a neon artwork of a croissant that wasn't lit up, so maybe they used to serve them but don't anymore? Overall, though, thumbs up! If you're ever in the Livingston Manor area, check them out.

They are planning to close around Columbus Day. For those of you that don't know, Jewish businesses open up in the summer and close when the kids go back to school. Communities with many of these businesses are aflutter with activity and then.....nada. Ghost town. South Fallsburg, Woodridge, and Woodbourne are prime examples. Blink....and you might miss this bakery. Fallsburg seems to be this intersection-a Stewarts on one side, a body shop on the other, Dollar General up ahead, and on the one side, a few Jewish businesses. An ice cream shop, a pizza place, and this bakery. My GPS was trying to point me across the street to the Dollar General. Anyway, once inside, there is a quick sale rack in which I found what I was looking for at an incredible price! Russian babkas at $2 each. After the season, you cannot find a babka in Walmart or Shoprite and if you did, they are usually around $7 or $8. I went late in the day at 4pm, so the bakery was empty, but that's a good thing. Get your last minute things before he leaves!!! Freeze them!
