I give Erich 5 stars QRV has nicer parks than this one. (all of them) Their lack of attention to this property is sad. The accommodations here are lacking. There is a heated pool that they won't heat. Many of the concrete lots are sinking and when it rains I have to trod through several inches of muddy water to get to my vehicle. There is no grass on any lot, it won't grow due to the overgrown trees so my dogs track in mud in after being in the yard. They discontinued the cable TV. We had an ice machine but it belonged to the manager at the time so they took it when they left. Most RVs have very small freezers and it is difficult to make enough ice for more than one person. I miss the ice machine!! The other parks rent golf carts to the residents. Not here. There is no hot tub and our rec room is nothing like the rec rooms at their other parks. QRV gets 3 stars

We had to deal with her personally, she is extremely RUDE and disrespectful. Once she leaves (soon) and stops making us feel uncomfortable since she is our neighbor we will really feel at home here!! This place is nice, clean and new. As for price, it is the cheapest you can find with the amenities they provide such as a nice and clean laundry room, concrete pads and a pond for fishing. Everyone else at the park is extremely friendly, people take daily walks with their pets and stop by to greet each other. The environment is friendly and welcoming. They claim they have a dog park. They DO NOT. There is a small patch of turf that isn't gated where your dog can go to the bathroom, that's it. They OVERCHARGE for the electricity. Most rv parks charge 7-10 cents a KWh while ridgeback is charging 17 cents. And the owner Cameron lies to people to get them in the property. We were planning on staying long term and when I spoke to him on the phone he informed me the electric bill would average 40-60 a month. When we received our first bill it was $200 and when I called him to see why it was so high he claimed he "helped us" by not charging for 300KWh. I spoke with other residents and he tells them the same thing. But when I asked for documentation of where the meter was at before we arrived he claims it was at 0 and refused to provide proof. And we worked most of the time and were barely home to use as much electricity as he claimed we did. They advertise that they have personalized gate codes. They DO NOT. The gate code is the same for EVERYBODY. Whether your staying a night or a month. When we informed him we were going to be staying long term he told us he would only charge us $650 a month. When our invoice arrived it was for $750. When I called and asked him why it wasn't the price he told us it would be, he said he'll just charge us full price and our last 2 months will be free. I asked for that in writing and he refused and said we have "his word". His word means very little, he will tell you whatever you want to hear to take your money. They advertise that they use AT&T fiber internet high speed internet. I ran a speed test on the WiFi and they use Xfinity and our speeds were 30MBPS, which is HORRIBLE. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

We take our mountain bikes and ride them around the property. What a workout! We've been swimming, fishing, and kayaking. We also enjoy seeing the cows, donkeys, horses, and goats.
