To call it a RV Resort is a little bit of a stretch . We've come year after year, but now the place has seems to have gone downhill. Only one bathroom and one shower for all the residences at the end of the park by pace 98 There is concrete sites and gravel. There's a lot of full-time residence with crap spread everywhere. Talk about trailer trash For instants we are looking at a trailer with the tip out with a storage shed and outdoor playpen for a one year old baby wondering around two bicycles a pressure washer a picnic table with skeletons with Santa hat and a giant 15 foot skeleton from Halloween I saw table Outdoor speaker, a ladder, an outdoor fan and two broken vehicles read more

I have lived here 9 years. Erich Chapman is the best manager I have dealt with at AllStar. He makes sure we feel heard when we have a complaint. He keeps us informed so we know what he is doing to resolve the issue. He arranged for the food trucks to come in. The park is important to him and it shows. I give Erich 5 stars QRV has nicer parks than this one. (all of them) Their lack of attention to this property is sad. The accommodations here are lacking. There is a heated pool that they won't heat. Many of the concrete lots are sinking and when it rains I have to trod through several inches of muddy water to get to my vehicle. There is no grass on any lot, it won't grow due to the overgrown trees so my dogs track in mud in after being in the yard. They discontinued the cable TV. We had an ice machine but it belonged to the manager at the time so they took it when they left. Most RVs have very small freezers and it is difficult to make enough ice for more than one person. I miss the ice machine!! The other parks rent golf carts to the residents. Not here. There is no hot tub and our rec room is nothing like the rec rooms at their other parks. QRV gets 3 stars read more

Nice resort, nice staff. We paid extra to stay past the original check out time. Bad storm came through so quickly that we missed the 2nd check out time, but the staff was nice and told us to take our time since our safety is more important than checking out. Grateful for that! Resort is a bit smaller than ones we stayed before but it was enough since we were mostly there to park and enjoyed the city. read more

All-Star is a perfect little gem in the heart of SW Houston. Small, quiet and very friendly, it is beautifully maintained and managed. The sites, though small, are nicely shaded by mature trees throughout the park...a plus in the urban heat of Houston summer. There is a heated pool and pool house with a few exercise machines and indoor hot-tub. We have enjoyed the gazebos with nice gas grills for use by residents. If you are looking for a temporary residence or you are in Houston part time, you will be right at home here. We are among some of the families here who are house-hunting. Others are seasonal , part time, or full timers. The place stays full, so if you want a spot, reserve early! Everyone is friendly and we have felt very safe here. Family friendly place, but new rule limiting 4 persons per site, could be a problem for families with 3 or more children. read more

Found the sites and roads very tight to maneuver with mostly long term campers. Lots of low hanging tree limbs which made parking difficult without scratching our RV. Also many parked vehicles in front of RVs added to the problems. Bathrooms are nice and clean. read more

Staff at THIS location are great but the company as a whole is rude. I didnt get internet the entire month I was there and only told to call an 800 number nobody answered. Pedestal was broken on breakers, super overpriced. Not worth it. read more

A nice place to stay if you're looking for a place in Houston fairly close to downtown. We (the family) came down to check out Rodeo Houston. We checked in on Wednesday evening, 03/14/2018, and checked out on Friday morning, 03/16/2018. I made reservations over the phone with no problems and the staff on hand during our visit was nothing but friendly. The place is relatively quiet, given their location inside Houston, and the facilities were clean and quite impressive. They're proud of their place, as the prices that they charge indicate, but again, you are relatively close to downtown Houston. They weren't my first choice to land the travel trailer at, but my first choice was already booked full. Overall, a great place to stay. A little pricey, given that we just needed a place to land for a few days, but it suited us just fine. read more

This Rv resort was clean and close to town. It's off the off the freeway but was not noisy at all. They had a pool, laundry room and a small fitness room. Beth in the office was very nice and informative about the area of Houston for what I wanted. I would recommend this Rv Park.. price was reasonable and they have WiFi which work very good.. read more

This park was one of the best parks in the area. Now it has become a dump. The previous managers seemed to care while the folks managing it now have let it become a dump.Large coaches have difficulty getting in and out due to the cars and trucks parked blocking to access to the sites. Very disappointed that the owners have allowed what was once a real gem to now being just a dump. read more

I have stayed at Allstar RV Park many times from 2014 until present and have always found them to offer exceptional service to those who choose their park for a temporary or longer stay. The bathrooms are "hospital clean," and there is a nice pool, and rec room with pool tables, and even 2 computers you can use with printers. The park is shaded and extremely well kept. The owner is very strict about things being exceptional. Even the internet is good for almost any purpose. It's a great park, good customer service and easily accessible to just about anywhere in Houston. read more

Really nice RV resort. We were there for a month after my husband was transferred to the area and I was really impressed. The park grounds are super clean no trash or cigarette butts anywhere. There are plenty of dog poop bins and large dumpsters on both sides of the park. The rec center is really nice as is the pool area. The park itself is really quiet and the people (staff and residents) are friendly and don't bother you. The sites in the back themselves are a little close together but there is still room to move around in your site. The park is easy to navigate your rig as long as you know how to drive it if you don't you probably will have a problem. There is a dog park that is a bayou so there is room for your dog and a walking area. The storage place next door is loud like a city is but the resort makes you feel like you are in a little oasis area. I would recommend it to people passing and people moving to the area. read more

We stayed at this resort last night. It is fabulous! The managers are very friendly. We felt so welcomed after our long drive. The facility is so clean. Both the bathrooms and laundromat were very clean. We loved all of the trees. The dog wash was an added plus for our puppies! read more
