I knew nothing about how to get change to where the detergent should go or how to choose the wash. She along with a customer next to me were able to help in just a few minutes. Once settled, I was able to look around & noticed most customers there were regulars. They all had a close relationship with the lady who worked behind the counter. They laughed & just had a good time. The music was playing nice & loud which was enjoyable. The facility was clean. They have a wide variety of washer & dryer sizes at different price ranges. The biggest one I'm sure could have washed 4 of my king comforters with space - not kidding. I definitely recommend this laundromat. After explaining to the worker she informed me that my clothes had been mixed and washed with someone else's by mistake. I had to then stand there and go through every piece of clothing in 5 laundry bags to find what belonged to me and what didn't. After 45 minutes of going through laundry we reached the end of the bags and I still did not have all my clothing. At the end the issue was not resolved and I am leaving without all the clothes I brought in and there is no way for me to be able to tell or any solution . All I was given was an apology from the worker and that's it. I would not recommend this to anyone in the area so many different laundromats that's wouldn't make such a simple but huge mistake. DO NOT COME HERE!!
