A baby dove in my yard who had been out of the nest for four days was attacked by something while…read morewaiting for ma and pa to come feed him. I emailed WCA with a picture and they said to bring him in. I brought him in using one of my dogs' crate. The staff were really nice, caring, and really sweet. I let them keep the crate since it seems like an item that they could really use. When I got home, I emailed them again asking if the dove would be released in my backyard. They responded right away.

This place is very kind and reassured me he was in great hands and once ready to be released into the wild, he would be released close to where he was originally found. They also were able to identify what type of bird he was in seconds (mourning dove!). The woman at the front counter was extremely kind and thankful that I brought the cutie in.
