We finally found our home sweet home for our 2 labradors, Chuck and Luke. Bit of a drive from the northern side of Roseville, but totally worth it. Neutering/spaying services - we searched the highest peaks and lowest ravines to find an affordable and competent Vet clinic that isn't out to take advantage of Roseville locals for huge profits. We filled out forms to be put on the waitlist and it did take some time to hear back, but the wait was totally worth it. Cheapest price, by far, and no complications post surgery. Vaccine services - most affordable vaccines in Roseville, hands down, with a comprehensive list of services and vaccines available on their Vet Clinic site. Process is simple. Go on their Placer SPCA website, find the service you're looking for, fill out the necessary forms, and simply be patient until they contact you. Service is incredible, staff is very compassionate and loves animals more than humans (precisely what you want) although they are kind to all walking and rolling creatures, and most importantly their prices are fair and the most affordable near and around the Roseville area. Parking can get rough as they're in the middle of a residential area, so get there early. Sacramento SPCA is great too but it's a bit of a drive for Roseville folks. We're so ecstatic that we finally have a Vet clinic to call home for our extended family, Chuck and Luke! Unless something drastic changes, we'll be going to Placer SPCA's Vet Clinic for all matters related to our furry kids.

Then, while we were being interviewed, this woman shared with us that they had over 12 families to interview for this one pup. So, they were pulling in an xtra $25 x 12 or more families, before they even pick the one that they will then sell the puppy to for $500. Well, Rene iver at Rotts of Friend in Woodland, where we got our pup Toby a year and a half ago, doesn't do any of that crap, and she wss much much 'nicer' to deal with. Real down to esrth, putting the pups first, place to deal with. Nothing at all like this puppy mill here.

We talked about my sweet dog, her animals, about our lives. She explained the procedure, step by step.. never rushing, always very present. In two weeks, my dog is walking so well on the leash now our walks are actually enjoyable. Before, I actually had to stop walking him because I could no longer handle him on the leash as he grew larger and stronger. In other ways I will say he is not much changed. He barks at other dogs sometimes still on walks and still is too close in your face when we eat food and some other particulars that I had hoped would change. I recommend their dog training if you have a specific area you want to change like walking on a leash. You will be happy to see a change in that but maybe not a big change in obedience in general.

She is extremely knowledgeable about all things dog training and it shows. I'm so glad we didn't try and teach our dog on our own, it's been a big learning experience for us. Our dog Mishka is fairly sensitive, when we originally started to try one training approach Tierney quickly saw that it wasn't right, and pivoted to a different approach. That's been working great and we have seen such amazing improvements with Mishka since starting training. We can't thank Tierney enough! I adopted my dog and he was extremely nervous. Zero contact with humans since he was born. Only like other dogs. I left him 2 weeks initially but Tierney would tell me that he needs one more week and he ended up being 5 weeks there. I cooked and gave them his homemade food. I provided the food for the whole time there. I was not able to visit him and they brought him back to my house. When I saw him, I was shock. He was in his bones. I could see all this skeleton. She said that he just didn't eat a lot. ...why didn't they call me ? Then, in the house with the handover of my dog, she acted like a Military, basically my dog fear her. I didn't even want to see trick that she showed him" because I could see the dog was suffering only with her presence. She left and I was glad that at least I had my dog back. I had to take him to vet to check and he was in extremely bad health condition. I gave her my dog perfectly healthy. I really regret taking my dog here and I recommend that if your dog is humble and afraid dog, don't take them here. This is not the place for those type of dogs. After this training, he didn't change at all- still bark, still pull and more afraid of people than before .

Finally when they opened I had to wait 3 weeks for an appt. they called and canceled the day before and rescheduled for June 19. The day before they texted us and canceled, AGAIN! Contacted Nicole and she got him in the next day. He looks great and he has a new groomer now! Highly recommend Nicole!!
