BROKEN LEG! It is…read moreunfortunate that I am having to even post this. Grooming deals has not only broken my dog's leg but has cost and will continue to cost us thousands of dollars in vet bills due to the break being so bad that she may have to have amputation if her surgery doesn't take. When this was addressed with the owner and the groomer that did this, they not only acted unapologetic but they also charged my mother for the service. They only refunded the money after we called back and demanded a refund. When we told them we will be taking legal action, Angie's (owner) response was to ask my mother if she could go to a cheaper vet and that "hopefully her insurance will be able to cover this". We took piper to an Emergency ER vet, as anyone would do whose dog's leg was just freshly broken. This is what she and her staff think of our pets. They are money to them and do not care about the safety and wellbeing of the dogs. Three other people that we spoke with today about the incident (two family friends and and family member) also had similar experiences with this establishment. Photos below. The newest addition to our family, Buddy, is a 5 year old boxer that we got from the rescue. We were told that he had had seizures in the past, but only about one per year, since we got him, he has had monthly seizures. Remembering the care and attention that Dr. Layton and her team gave Abbey, we elected to take Buddy to her for her recommendations. The attention that she and her staff gave to Buddy was so wonderful, they care about our "Buddy" like it was their own. Dr. Layton went above and beyond to search into Buddy's previous health history, from before adoption, so that she would be prepared for his visit. This is our 5th set of boxers, but we have never had experience with epilepsy nor seizures and although it is too soon to see if the seizures will be reduced, her attention to him, his needs and our concerns, were exactly what a pet owner wants to experience. Today, my 16-year-old Yorkie had surgery to remove a growth in his mouth, along with multiple teeth extractions. We were given straightforward options and thorough information about the risks and considerations for a dog his age, which helped us make an informed decision to proceed. From start to finish, we were treated with genuine respect and compassion by the office staff, technicians, and the veterinarian. We truly felt our dog was in very caring and capable hands. Our experience there was nothing short of amazing. With no previous introduction, and no knowledge of the dog's history, she gave us a very insightful analysis of this dog, pointing out what motivates him in so many situations and how he's likely to react. Her insights were spot-on, and we felt as though she had spent hours with him as his personal psychiatrist. It helped us so much to understand how to handle him going forward. It was our first meeting, and we were obviously very impressed.

One of my turkeys was sick when I left and unfortunately passed away 2 days into my vacation. These wonderful ladies actually held him as he passed away and took care of his body. Seriously, what animal service does that?!? Their prices are ridiculously affordable and like the other reviewer, I too felt the need to pay more than asked. They are personable, kind, and clearly love what they do. I cannot recommend Ashley and Nancy highly enough!!

And rather than have them deal with the stress of being boarded, I decided to try a pet sitting service while I went on vacation. Ashley and Shawna came out to meet me and both were extremely friendly and professional. They both asked questions about the health of the animals, my vet's contact information, emergency contact info, etc. and had the appropriate paperwork to fill out. The peace of mind I had after they left was just what I needed! They will send you pictures of your pets while you are away to reassure you that everything is ok and also provide you with text updates. The price they quoted me was far too low in my opinion, so I felt it was necessary to pay them more than they were asking. Totally worth it! They even took the time to clean up a little!!! This groomer decided to not follow the notes that were left for the groom and completely cut off my Pomeranian top coat off ( once top coat is cut the hair may never grow back the same ) and they didn't not groom his coat evenly Then they CUT OFF HIS WHISKERS ! They lacked sympathy and did not try to rectify the issue. This groomer should be fired as they showed no regard for the requested groom or my dogs well-being. His whiskers and top coat should never be cut !! He is a Pomeranian! This groomer clearly does not know how to groom a Pomeranian. I am highly dissatisfied !
