This is a tough review to write. I really, really was excited to have girls night here and was just so terribly disappointed in the experience. The place itself is super cute, I love the decor, it has fun vibes. Big fan of the space - it's cozy without being too stuffy. Our server was... bad. She came to check on our table of 6 total of two times, and someone else came to bring us our check. I had to grab her to refill my sister in law's water (she's nursing and not drinking) since she never came back to check on us. We ordered one bottle of champagne and with 5 of us, we would have happily and easily ordered another since we were there to visit and catch up. She never came back, so we never ordered anything else. When we finally got the check, they charged us for a different bottle than what we ordered - and it was $50 more. I sent it back and they corrected the charge, but weren't too happy about it. In theory, this is a cute and fun spot. I'm not sure I'll give it another chance, but maybe I'll try again next year when I'm back home with my family. read more

I visited Flutes on Valentine's night and although it was a holiday it was not super busy. Arriving I noted that it's very cute outside but it was little confusing because we weren't sure if we should seat ourselves or wait to be seated. This was definitely a negative to me - we weren't greeted. After a brief moment took a table near the front. Maybe after 15 minutes someone came over to take our order. The ambiance is top tier. It's pretty small and cozy, with gorgeous decor. It's a mix of romantic luxury but causal at the same time. This night was a first showing of burlesque show. It was two performers; both pretty brief. The drink menu has a lot of choices and it was recommended that I order the Banfi Rosa Regale because I was looking for something sweet. I also order the chocolate trio. I'm unsure about what food options (I'd eaten dinner before; but I did see someone with a cheese board) The champagne and chocolate, didn't disappoint. It was perfect to end the night. Nice chocolate pairings for the champagne. Decor was gorgeous. Interior very clean. Bartender was very nice and provided excellent service. Such a cute date night or girls night spot in Winter Park! This was my 2nd time at Flutes and me and my girlfriends had a great time! There was plenty of seating available when we arrived around 7:30pm on a Friday night. Parking is always tough in Winter Park Village so this is the only downside. I ordered two cocktails from their Summer Spritz menu and they were both great. My favorite was the Everything She Wants cocktail. It had pineapple and IPA in it which was unique. The Moulin Rouge spritz was also great with a cute gummy bear toothpick presentation. A little on the pricier side! Service was great! read more

I've been a fan of Flutes since their opening about a year ago or so now. While they are one of the smaller wine & champagne bars (not the smallest might I add), they really pack in a beautiful BIG punch with not just the decor, but their wine list is also quite nice. With room for growth - which I am sure they will continue to do so - this wine & champagne bar is truly a one-of-kind spot. Located in the Winter Park Village, Flutes Champagne Bar benefits by being surrounded by a plethora of other eateries and shoppes. Should you start elsewhere and end at Flutes for a nightcap, you will not be disappointed. The overall interior decor pulls from the very trendy mid-century modern influences that many restaurants and bars have been influenced by. They use beautiful pop culture pieces for the various art throughout the space. They offer some minimal outdoor seating, bar seating and table and booth seating.The wait times are standard pending the time of day you go, and the staff is super kind. The day a few of my friends and I went, our server, Allie, was exceptional. She had great knowledge of the wine list and was very attentive for the entirety of our time there. Also, depending on the day you go, they will have live performances - which is always a lovely treat. Now onto the good stuff: the food and drinks! As the name suggests, FLUTES Champagne Bar definitely puts emphasis on their champagne options. As a fan of champagne and Proseccos, I usually stay within that realm when I visit Flutes (also the flute glass is just the cutest) unless I really want my favorite: rose wine. While I am no wine connoisseur, and I've really only had a fraction of what they have to offer, I can say confidently, what I have had has been really delightful. As far as the foods go, they only offer small plates / bites. So, do not come here with an empty stomach. You will be sorely disappointed. However, their small bites are tasty and, in all honesty, really good enough for just one person but can definitely be shared if all parties just want a little something to nibble on as they indulge in their beverages. Overall, very cute bar. Price points are higher as they tend to be in Winter Park in general. However, they aren't too pricey where it doesn't make sense to visit for a quick glass. They do have a happy hour - which I believe concludes at 6:00 PM so, keep that in mind. And please please please be cognizant of the fact that Winter Park Village Plaza is a busy plaza. While there is ample parking it does fill up quickly - especially the closer to the weekend we approach. It is also free. So, no need to worry about paying for parking - unless you choose to valet. Nonetheless, if you have not been, definitely pay them a visit! It will be worth the while! read more

I went here for Valentine's Day last weekend and really had a great time. The ambiance is very chill but gives romantic vibes . I liked that they have a great assortment of wines and spirits to choose from and the music is a nice touch. They also had a burlesque show which was really cool. It was my first time seeing one . I went with my friend for galentines day and was surprised. It wasn't super packed either . The service was nice . The only thing I wished was that we were greeted . I didn't know whether to sit myself or of someone would come up to seat us but we wind up finding a seat . I also enjoyed the assorted chocolates . It was 3 for 9 dollars. I absolutely love this place and the service! The decor and ambiance are perfect for a date night after having dinner in the area. There was a saxophone player performing everything from 2000s R&B classics to Bad Bunny which sealed the deal for me! Very fun experience and welcome addition to winter park village. The menu is large and well varied so you will definitely find some bubbly or wine that suits your tastes. Of course, I must warn you that a drink here is minimum $15. Some glasses being closer to $25 so if you come with a group, check into the bottle service. My only small gripe here was really the cheese plate. For $22 I expected something a bit elevated vs the I could have DIYed this easily at home version. They charge $22 for what really does look like an assortment of items directly off of the grocery store shelf. It tasted fine-but a few more accoutrements would have been nice. I was planning to try the chocolate flight as well, but was a little underwhelmed with the cheese so it was a skip. But I wouldn't pass this place up due to the food. It's primary a wine bar and was a really nice space to spend time with friends. The live music was amazing and the space was cozy and comfortable while being super chic. And bonus points for great service. Despite it becoming quite busy, the server checked in frequently. I will look forward to returning soon. Heads up that the parking lot can get very busy as times and spaces are hard to come by but the valet service is complimentary. read more

We were immediately welcomed to an intimate setting with a violinist adding a very Bridgerton inspired vibe which I loved! We were graciously met with our server who didn't impose. Upon asking for suggestions, I ordered a rose and we shared a chocolate pecan crunch dessert, which was just enough to share. Both were delicious. Flutes is a new champagne bar that just opened about a week ago in Winter Park Village. It's across from the movie theater and Jeni's Ice cream. I had a friend in town who wanted to check it out so we decided to meet up. I, being a beer drinker was not overly excited about a uppity champagne bar that serves expensive glasses of champagne but I wanted to see my friend so I went. I must admit, I had a lovely time. I shouldn't have judged it before visiting! The atmosphere was lovely, they had a sax player who was very talented and the noise level wasn't bad. We were still able to talk without screaming. We opted for an area in the back since there was close to ten of us, there were about 15-20 people in there when we got there which is a decent amount as this isn't a huge place. The fabric on the top of the stools is velvet or suede which is not friendly to clothing, lol. My friend was wearing a satin wrap dress and when she tried to get off the stool her dress stayed there and she almost lost her dress! I was wearing a different fabric and my clothes clung to the seats as well. Once seated a cocktail server promptly greeted us and explained that the QR codes would show us the menu. I didn't get her name but she was super sweet and very attentive. She was able to answer our questions as well which I feel like is sometimes not the case for a new establishment. We had an inside joke about hefeweizens (hefes). Their menu consists of champagne by the glass or bottle, still wines and a small selection of beers. Most of our group opted for champs, my BF and I got beer. The first beer I asked for was out which was no biggie so I got something else. I love that they have draft beer, I appreciate that they didn't take the shortcut and only offer packaged beer. I feel like they could have very easily done that since this is a champagne bar after all. When I got my beer the glass was not clean. Let me rephrase, it was clean but it was not beer clean. A beer clean glass is free of residue and sanitizer and no bubbles should stick to the sides of the glass. I'm sure that they polish each champagne and wine glass so I hope that they take the care for their beer glasses and start rinsing them first before filling them. It's not a big deal and again, this isn't a beer place so i'm sure they just didn't know. It's not going to stop me from returning. Overall our group ended getting probably 15 glasses of champagne/wine, at least 1 bottle and at least 6 beers. I was very pleasantly surprised by Flutes and I feel bad for being grumpy about going. It was a delightful experience and I will definitely return. If you aren't a big champagne/wine drinker don't be a grump like me about going, go check it out! You'll have fun! read more

I entered on a random Saturday afternoon/evening and was greeted upon entry. Staff recommended some great champagne based on my taste and how much I wanted to spend. I let them know that I wanted to have a sip. Take a cute picture and continue my day shopping so I didn't wanna be too tipsy. The staff was super sweet and and accommodating, and even offered my designated driver water in a champagne flute so she wouldn't feel left out. Came here with my hubby recently. I heard about this place when it first opened because the owners also own another favorite of mine, The Grape and the Grain. I really enjoyed the ambiance; dark and moody with very pretty decor throughout. I loved the touch of green velvety chairs (I'm a sucker for velvet anything!). I believe they had a small food menu: mostly small items that would make a great paring depending on the wine or champagne you are having. The staff was nice, I do wish they were a bit more conversational being it was our first time. We enjoy the experience more when the bartenders are excited to share what they have, recommend, etc. I will also share the list of drinks they had really wowed me. They had champagne from France, rose and red wine...it's almost impossible for a wine lover to not find something they'd like.
