Stopped in for a flight and some cheese and was surprised I didn't even know this existed. How have I missed it until now? Bathrooms were clean and cute! Server was attentive and helpful. Wine selection was plentiful and the pre-selected flight actually had some cool options I would have never tried but loved My only piece of feedback would be that our Brie wasn't warm enough/didn't stay warm enough to get through. It was like we needed to eat it faster to enjoy the warm spreadable creaminess but we also wanted to sip slow and enjoy our experience. So I have passed by this place for years. Finally I went in for a visit. I assumed it was just a wine bar. I was surprised to see they also have a decent selection of foods and snacks. Reasonably quiet for a "bar" so you could actually have a conversation, which was nice. We opted for the charcuterie board which was nice and you seemed to get a reasonable amount of items for the price. I was in here many, many years ago and finally had the chance to get back here after walking around some of Lake Eola looking at all the Christmas lights they set up. I ordered The Italian Job Sandwich and it was amazing. $16 * Black Forest Ham, Genoa Salami, Cappicola & Provolone piled high with red onion, & Basil Pesto, balsamic glaze & mayo on a French Baguette. Ive passed by this place many times but never stopped in! We went the day before July 3rd. It was not super busy but was still nice and quaint. Would love to go back when its cooler and sit outside. Mimosas, brunch, and a good ole yap session is what my Sunday consisted of. I've been wanting to try out Eola Wine Company for a while, and their brunch was such a vibe! We ordered the Mimosa party which is a bottle of bubbles and two juices for some self-mimosa-mixing (I prefer this because I like a lot 90% champagne and 10% juice in my mimosas). We chose to get the raspberry and banana juices. To my surprise, the banana was actually my favorite (shoutout to the staff for the recommendation on that) but both were stellar! Our Smoked Salmon flatbread was delightful also! We additionally got a cheese board, and it was adorable with the little butterfly shaped crackers. My favorite cheese we had was the Purple Haze. I didn't expect to like a lavender cheese, but it genuinely blew me away. I will definitely be coming back for some more cheese and wine. read more

It seems eola wine company just never hits the spot. Last time I came here, I ordered the pizza and didn't really like it. It could be personal preference though since I did not like the crust. The pizza just doesn't taste anything special. This time, I ordered the Italian sandwich and there just was way too much meat in it. I wish they added more greens and cheese. Not their fault though, I just shouldn't have read the description closely. Their wine selection is pretty good. I don't love wine but I always find something to have that fits my taste buds so 5 for that. read more

We always enjoy Eola Wine Company! They have a very nice staff who are friendly and know their menu options. I've never had an issue with getting a taste of wine to help me choose what glass I want with my dinner. Seating outside and inside is great! We love to sit outside and watch the people and dogs go by. There are a lot of dog owners in Thornton Park! Love the cheese and charcuterie board and the flatbreads. I was sitting outside, enjoying a slice of pizza (which I had purchased from the place across the street) and sipping on the two cups of wine I bought from Lake Eola Wine Company. Everything was going smoothly until, out of nowhere, one of the bartenders approached me and rudely informed me that I couldn't eat my pizza due to "hygiene concerns." She said it so quickly and walked away without even giving me a chance to respond or explain myself. To be honest, it felt disrespectful. I made a purchase at their establishment, was sitting outside, minding my own business, and was just trying to enjoy my food and drink. The way she handled the situation was extremely poor customer service and completely ruined my experience. As someone who used to be a frequent visitor, I'm extremely disappointed. The one thing I remembered from this place after all this time was their buffalo chicken flatbread. I had not been to Eola Wine Co in A LONG time before this particular visit. It used to be a regular jaunt for me about 10-11 years ago. The fact that it is still around should say something honestly. A friend and I went there before going to a night market that's across the street. We made it just in time to enjoy happy hour. My friend had never been. Immediately I noticed that the place received a more modern looking upgrade with new paint, decor and furniture. Already a thumbs up in my book! The happy hour was great! We ordered a bottle of wine for the both of us which was reasonably priced and plenty for two (this was a random Thursday, so not exactly a wild night planned). I feel like I audibly gasped when I saw that the buffalo chicken flatbread was still on the menu! I immediately ordered it.
