There's also a trading/credit program, though I didn't take advantage of it. One thing that I would note is they do only take cash or check, so that's something to be aware of. The staff is super friendly and they seem very passionate about what they do. I love that everything is natural, they make their soap daily and in house. We do not have sensitivity to anything but we wanted to be more conscious of what we put in and on our bodies and we feel good about using any of their product. We purchase their clothing detergent a lot, and it's one of my families favorites. My hubby loves their body butter.

The thrift store had ample parking and was in a large building. It had a little bit of everything. There's a small section of cookware, China, and bric a brac near the front of the store. But nothing too exciting. A lot of women's clothing, a small section with books, toys, CDs, etc. And on one side of the store, some furniture. Prices were quite inexpensive. All clothing was only $2.99 that day. And seniors got other discounts. There was a great leather chair that would been perfect for us -- if it had been in Fort Lauderdale (!) -- but was too bulky to drive around with. My husband did find a shirt that he liked. And it was a bargain at under $2! I'm sure we'd stop back by if in the area. These places get lots of donations here and the merchandise changes often.

It wasn't the right fit so I went in for an exchange. Found a cute replacement and even tho it was three times the price I decided to splurge. Picked up a basket full of anddi items too! I was informed that since it was more than 7 days since the purchase...no exchange. Was that included on the receipt? Nope. Was there a sign at the checkout counter? Nope!! In fact, the employee at the register wasn't aware until he called the manager because the register wasn't working properly. After politely explaining my disappointment and the missed opportunity to quadruple the sale, the worker said he couldn't do anything. I promptly left and sent an email to the owner/founder through the website. Mainly, in an effort to provide feedback that simply made good business sense, and to share my disappointment. The response...crickets. No acknowledgment or explanation on their part. Service is everything and when it's bad...it makes a lasting impact. I won't ever shop here and I don't recommend anyone does...the halo IS crooked.
