I know that…read morethey end up taking them to Rochester to have them processed but they are always friendly and quick to clean my clothes. I have used them multiple times for alterations and each one has come out well. I recommend asking for TJ if he is available. He typically does the alterations and he is a genius with the needle. His mom is the one that runs the shop and she is very friendly as well. I would say they are a bit less expensive than taking your clothes to Canandiagua for cleaning. What does it really matter if they are getting cleaned at the same place in Rochester anyways. If you get a chance when you are in there chatting with TJs mom she may offer you some desert or cookies. They are the best. I highly recommend them. All in all very friendly people in a very cozy environment.
