Though my skills were obviously rusty (to say the least) and he corrected many of the common mistakes one would expect after such a long lapse of time. The shop and all staff that I met were fantastic and I plan on many further trips with SB once my permanent relocation to the area is completed. The fly fishing I do is rivers, not lakes, so didn't know what I needed or where to start. I talked with a very nice man named Bo. He was super helpful, explained what I needed to bring, the weight of the rod, the sinking weight of the line & the technique for sinking flies in big lakes. I ask for some flies and he mailed me a very nice box filled with wet flies & some sinking leaders. So.... went fishing & OMG!!!! you would not believe the fish we caught using the flies Bo sent us. Wowza!! If I am ever in Spokane I will make sure to stop by Silver Bow Fly Shop.

He'll ensure your safety and gives plenty of opportunities for you to take a dive into the river. And if you really want he'll let you paddle as well. We encountered a bull moose, a cow and her calf which was pretty cool. Elijah also brought his German Shepard, Annie along for the ride too. She was the highlight. Such a beautiful, gentle, and intelligent dog.

We spoke to both the horse people and the owner of CDA adventures about getting a "rain check" and rescheduling. Both CDA Adventures and the horse people denied us. They wouldn't reschedule, refund nor partial refund. They gave no solutions, they just took our money. This was the supposed to be the first of many adventures we planned with CDA Adventures. But now we won't have any. Instead we've now removed "the middleman" and will be scheduling with these "adventure" companies directly.

A simple apology goes a long way and why would you not make a change to the tag? The store was completely dead and the cashier was distracted on her personal electronic device. It's no wonder people shop online now days. I went to the shelf again after the transaction was complete and the cashier yells across the store, "hey can you bring me that tag? " what a joke, I took the photo and walked out. There were very few employees to . People waiting in the gun department were not helped. The store seems to have a little merchandise spread out to appear adequately stocked. No need to pack anything but your sunscreen, wanted beverage, and water proofed bag for keys/credit cards/ID/electronics etc. bc they have all the necessary equipment ready to go once you sign the appropriate waver. We paddled up to No-Li brewery and back in that 2-hr time frame and thoroughly enjoyed our jaunt. I'd recommend this Fun Unlimited activity to anyone desiring to paddle on SUP's.

Very large but mediocre park. There's a lot of things here but none seem very appealing. There's a…read morelot of greenery which is nice and the air seems fresh. Surprised about the history of the park more than anything else. Build in the 1970s for the World's Fair where dozens of leaders from around the globe including Russian Federation during the Cold War were all in Spokane to discuss about green energy and resource management. This park will be interesting if the focus was on this history, who visited where and what exactly was discussed and agreed on.
