From some regular-type league bowlers from out of town: We loved this bowling alley! Looks like it's family owned, or independently owned. Although lovingly worn in its appearance, the lanes are super well maintained and bowling here was a real treat. The Pro Shop is well stocked, and the staff is really friendly and knowledgeable. I've read some reviews and I think folks leaving reviews that are only moderately flattering may not know what a treasure they have here. This type of bowling alley is a dying breed that needs to be elevated and appreciated for being the old school awesomeness it is! Great lanes, great bar, affordable prices, and a super Pro Shop! We have a great opinion of this place and would definitely return!

So this is a decent Bowling alley been a few times over the yrs and bow i live up here and we went with some friends last night for the kiddos, here is my Review Did you know that there is an age limit for bumpers. Not for me lol but for the kids , apparently cut off is like 8 yrs old . Now granted we don't go a lot but my son is not great but neither am i but he was struggling so we asked and at first they didn't want to accommodate him because of his age . He is 11. He by no means throws the ball or tries to go hard . He wanted to better his score and not get gutter balls . Is that a bad thing so he didn't feel bad because the other little kids his friends were using the bumpers too. My wife went back and asked and finally allowed. It literally is a button they push like cmon . It's not an accomplishment to take joy away. If they not good give them the assist. I was disappointed in how they handled this IMO!. I never been to a bowling alley that had an age requirement or cut off for kids . Next my good friend went to order a hot chocolate for her little girl and asked if it could be warm and not hot possibly . Simple request right? Well the woman behind the counter was somewhat rude and said "isn't all hot chocolate warm anyways "? I'm sorry i don't want my little girl to have blazing hot chocolate. I don't recall HOT chocolate being Warm ! Anywho got the warm hot coco but was Ok. We did order fries and they were fresh, hot, and crispy. The kids and adults enjoyed very much . The time that they close on yelp said 11:30 / Hrs on door say updated to 10pm closing but when got there about 8pm they close at 9! No where does it say , we were told when we got there . So there was time for 1 round unfortunately for the kiddos . I will put request in yelp for updated hrs. Had a couple blue-moon beers from the bar area and was refreshing and Bartender was very nice . I felt the customer service could have been a little better is all imo . I will go back to bowl for sure. We went here because a touch closer than going to GSR . Hopefully update when we do go back . Enjoy !

Kiddos enjoying bowl time!!

Throughout the summer we've been taking advantage of the kids bowl free program, it's a great activity to get the kids out of the house. So far the service has been good everyone is friendly and accommodating and the food is decent. Overall good place for the family.

You can pay per game or by the hour, they also have kid bowling slide and kids bowling ball sizes. Would love to see some remodeling decor. Service was straight to business. Some monitors work well others are trickier to manage. Arcade games are hit and miss... air hockey doesn't have handles to play and the car game is out of service. Love this spot because it's affordable compared to what else is in town.

Annual Bowling event with my work. It was a great time. Bowling is fun and the technology is great as far as the screens/scoreboards. Lanes and bowling balls are in great shape. The place really could use a facelift however it really took me back to my childhood of bowling league as a kid!! Overall it's a great place for corporate events, birthdays or just some great family fun!!

This place is great for coming bowling. It's never as busy as the other bowling alleys in town. They have lots of bowling lanes, a lounge and bar, pool tables, and a small arcade. The staff is friendly as well! We came for the rock it bowling and it was so fun! Great music and atmosphere.

I know the building isn't perfect...it's so old. They have been around for years. My in-laws and parents went here as kids. And don't get me wrong, some updates would be great but the lanes and pricing are fantastic. The staff was SO FRIENDLY and helpful. A few reasons I love this place: Locally owned. Yes I'm that person that would go back here because of this reason. Lanes are very well kept and clean They have a small arcade but nothing too distracting so my kids ACTUALLY want to bowl. Inexpensive. Shoe rental is 3.50 a person and a lane is 18 for the hour I believe. KIDS BOWL FREE for the summer. You can sign them up online. We did this! They have a bar...with kilt lifter on tap!! There is a snack bar but I didn't look to see what they had.. Anyway, overall I would come again it was fun for the family and not crazy distracting. The kids enjoyed themselves with their bumpers and bowling ramp.

This is a pretty standard bowling alley. My daughter wanted to go bowling as part of her birthday and this was right down the street from the Peppermill where we were staying. The service was great, quick, and easy. The prices were reasonable at $18 an hour + the fee for shoe rental ($3.50 a pair if I remember right) We got 2 hours (enough for 4 people to play 3 games). The lane we were on worked great and we had no issues. The people were very friendly and because it was a Monday afternoon it was pretty quiet. We ordered a pizza which was good and the kids (although they are sore loser) had fun. Can't ask for much more than that. I'd recommend this place if bowling is on your list of things to do in Reno.

The only time it gets crowded is for the food and the cake times. Its best to maybe do them at the same time to help. Really a room may not been needed, but it was easier for the drinks and the food was plenty. We did add two more pizzas to the package. Some of the adults got some beer pitchers. Overall it was nice. Just hectic trying to coordinate everyone to comeback for food and the cake. Most stayed longer and found a table to sit at. Its a bit pricier too. We also cannot bring your own food, it 2 hours is short time. When you amd the kiddos are having fun. So outside food may just complicate things. Foe thoae who don't know. If your child is young you must ride with them in the gokart segments. So you dont need a wrist band. Everything is practically unlimited if you have a wristband though. The only limitations is the tickets you get to play the arcade games. Don't forget to alsonredeem your points after your done. I was overwhelmed as a mother coordinating and hosting, but everyone had a blast. We recommed.it. maybe having a child in grade school more than prior though. So you can let them.hamg with their friends. Then you as a parent can stay in hand ojt the bands and coordinate the food and cake stuff without issues.
