If you have questions or concerns she addresses them immediately. She takes her time to explain to you the different type and sizes in lashes and just what may work or not work for you. If you have a lash issue she will try to rectify it quickly. Customer service is a biggie for me and when she exceeded my expectations with that as well as doing a fantastic job on my lashes, I knew I had a permanent home. Her lash job is so clean and precise. I mean you do not know I have lashes on unless I tell you. I get complimented all the time with how natural they look, even by other lash techs who have been in the business for years tell me how wonderful of a job she does. She is also very fast, but it's not rushed at all. I love how you cannot see her glue. There is nothing more unattractive than a lash job where you can see the glue on the lashes. I even have to sometimes look closely at my lashes to see just how they're attached because even I cannot tell because there is such precision of the lash placements and on top of that they last. I am on my third week and I still have a nice amount of lashes still on. I will definitely continue to come here for my beautiful natural looking lash extensions.
