Boo-hiss. Traveling through Kentucky and wanted to pick up a shirt and shot glass but what do you know?! It's a monday, its after 1200 pm, yelp says they are open but they are CLOSED. I was greatly dismayed by this as it looks like a very nice location but while there were several cars in the parking lot, even the phone went to voice mail. No notifications on the door. Nothing. I just looked like a goober trying to get in. Guess I'll try the next town and see if I have better luck. read more

I have to be nothing but transparent here. I live within 2 hour driving distance of 3 dealerships. One 25 minutes away, the other 2.0 hours, and lastly 2.5 hours away. I choose to travel the extra miles to FourRivers because of there staff, selection, and overall commitment to the customers satisfaction. This is so hard to find in a world like we have today. Because of this I have bought 2 Harleys, accessories, and used the service department. All of this was simply due to an awesome staff who treated me with respect, and made sure I will always remain satisfied along the way. The other 2 dealerships I mentioned also get my business. I have bought poker ships from both. Keep up doing what you do. You are #1 in my book. read more

The only dealership shaped like a riverboat. The set up is awesome, the selection of gear and bikes is amazing. The layout for weekly bike nights is perfect. What kept this place from getting five stars is that with all of that, they don't offer a military discount (though they say they support us). What kept this place from getting only three stars is their customer service was so excellent it alone gets an additional star. read more

Here is what I have to say about Four Rivers H-D, my wife and I went in to see what they had in trikes. We found a beautiful cosmic blue pearl trike we wanted. We put down $1000 to hold it for 30 days to get money or finance, we could not get the full amount to purchase the trike and Four Rivers H-D refused to give us our deposit back. At no time did anyone tell us that if we don't get the financing or money that we will not get our $1000 deposit back. Beware don't put anything down if you're not sure if you can get financing. Walked in on a Friday afternoon. My fiancé was wearing a Harley shirt and owns a bike. We browsed for 10 minutes and walked right by 3 employees of the at least 8 people working there. No one said a word. Nothing. Bad representation of the brand and horrible customer service. Cool building and setup but apparently they do not need any business. read more

HUGE building (looks like an old steam ship). We traded our 09 for a new bike. The deal was excellent; to the point that our payment dropped by 75.00 per month. Easy Sale. Josh made it fun. Got to meet all the department heads and was shown how everything works at their shop. Parts - Service - Clothes We thought we could get a better deal by going to Nashville but they were not willing to "deal" .......same with a trip to Union City (in fact; they were rude over there). Do yourself a favor Four Rivers is the ONLY Harley shop you need. read more

Whatever you do don't trust this dealership ... talk about non-stop problems especially out of the service department ... way too many events for me to list them all but I'll give you a few examples ... my husband put a new sound system on one of his motorcycles ... pays them for it picks up the motorcycle rides all the way back to Murray and notices one of the speakers that they just installed is falling out ... they forgot to even bolt the speaker in .. very careless work ... he called the dealership and they tell him oh come on back and we'll do it ... you would think they check something like that before they send the bike out the door ... so wasted time and money ... ... we had a service done right before we're about to leave to go down to Florida for biketoberfest ... adjusting the belt, oil change all of that paid the full price for everything to be done ... we get down to Florida and have to take it to yet another dealership because the belt is flopping ... we paid for them to properly adjust the belts which Four Rivers neglected to do in the first place ... then just recently we've had problems with the battery dying ... took it back to the dealership multiple times because they couldn't find the problem ... this last time we get it back now the stereo system will not work ... my husband ends up taking off the seat to find out that they forgot to put a wire back on ... so if you don't want to deal with mechanics that don't care about your motorcycle but still want to charge you outrageous amounts ... I would definitely steer clear of this dealership. read more
