Great local neighborhood brewery! They have games, indoor and outdoor seating, and are kid and dog friendly. You are welcome to bring your own food, unlike Halcyon next door. I recommend stopping by Green Tree to get some takeout and bring it to Flying Bike to have a beer. Only complaint is the seating is not the most comfortable, and when we walked in it had a very musty smell and was a bit stuffy. I enjoyed their lavender beer which was very unique but not overwhelming. They also have non alcoholic cocktails.

Decent beer. Nice seating. Cool barkeep. Monday in Seattle is a hard sell, trying to find a brewery that is open. And parking?!? Well, we walked from a nearby neighborhood. All in all a decent little place.

    Lots of community interactivity!

Awesome chill spot to grab drinks not too far from Greenlake. Came here with a few mates and we loved the fantastic service from Megan who hooked our party of 10 up with drinks, of which my favorite was the Guava Raspberry Selzer, which was super memorable and crisp tasting. Definitely come here for some good times and some appropriately awesome social distancing as well. Thanks Megan!

Lots of great beers and kambuchas to choose from. Friendly staff, nice outdoor seating.

Love love loved this spot! The vibe of this place is great with the open garage doors and the high ceilings. You can peer around the bar and see the boil kettles/mash tuns where the beer is being brewed. I had the pomegranate dry cider and was a happy camper. My friend ordered us the feta fries and those were a perfect complement to the tasty cider. This place allows dogs and was a great place for people with kids who needed some space to run around. Parking in this area can be a challenge to find, but I like the walkability of this neighborhood. There are so many great restaurants and bars right here at your fingertips. It's always a good time in Greenwood! When we walked out someone told us the food at the brewery comes from next door. If that is the case, kudos to them! They are super yummy!

Love. LOVE. Love this place! The Food: My favorite thing other than the beer here is the food situation. You can order Uber Eats or delivery from any nearby restaurant! Your options are endless and include Thai, Greek, American, Indian and Mexican. The Drinks: the brew & cider selection is on point. Tasting flights & sample are available & the service is quick! The Ambiance: Garage doors open out to the crisp Greenwood air. The concrete floors are littered with chalk drawing by the littles & the seating is family style. There a toy wall and self serve water station which is a dream for people with littles in tow.

Anything goes here: they even write on the walls.

As much as I abhor public drinking establishments that admit children and pets, I must say that I did enjoy my time at the Flying Bike, until the rugrats and dogs showed up, that is. The FBCB has plenty of beers, and the menu on the table offers choices from several of the neighboring restaurtants. We gorged on take-out sushi from right next door as we sipped our suds. The summer ale was a winner and washed down my spider roll splendidly. But back to the atmospere: the deal here is to bring in your own food, dogs, kids, whatever. Service is unfortunately very modern, which means that the (young) staff are not really interested in working, so be patient, especially when you are the ONLY person at the counter.

Very friendly and passionate people, you can tell they are excited about what they do and that they get to share some awesome beers with you! Situated in a cozy space in Greenwood, this is a must come to if you're in the area. They have a wide variety of beers, plus a couple ciders, and fun games to play!

Great local brewery in Greenwood. I can't wait for summer to return so I can post up outdoors for a beer after work.

The oysters were the main draw for me, and they were totally worth the visit. Old Stove serves them with a savory watermelon sauce in addition to a traditional cocktail sauce--eaten together, it's a flavor explosion that I can't quite describe. We also enjoyed the garlic everything fries, which were delicious! We just had to try a flight to sample the brews. There are some really good beers available here, especially the Belgian blonde, citra pale ale, and the stout. I did not really care for the seasonal sour (grapefruit, I think)--to me, it just tasted like a sour and nothing more, but someone with more interest in sour beers would probably enjoy it just fine. Despite the busy night, our server checked on us regularly and was very personable, stopping to chat with us about the local sports scene. There's plenty to look at, inside and out. If you can snag a seat outside, you'll get to enjoy the waterfront. Inside, the decor is industrial but fun. Not sure if this runs all the time, but when we were there, the tvs were playing vintage beer ads, which was quite fun. They also sell some pretty good t-shirt designs. Overall, Old Stove Brewing is the perfect combo of good location, good food, and good beer. Definitely recommend a visit when in the Pike Place area!

If you're in the area, I highly recommend checking this place out! My friend's fiancé has celiac, and this is pretty much the only place where he can freely order anything without worrying about getting glutened, paying extra for GF options, or having to sacrifice good food. We've been twice now, and both times the food has been amazing. You genuinely wouldn't even know it's gluten-free! I'm coming again this weekend, so I'll add pictures afterward! A little too buttery though. The venue was large and delivered the view of the lake on a platter (but that is Seattle). The vibe was lively -- loud blasting music and a ton of people. But...not worth the excessive 45 minute wait after being in line for 15 min. We ordered right after our friends and while I sampled 2 tastes of beer, that took all of 2 min Our almost identical order to theirs came out 20-30 min after theirs. We went up 3 times to check where it was, because the first time (at least 20 min after our friends got their order) the guy told us it was 2 tickets away. More like 20 tickets since we watched order after order being delivered elsewhere... not ours. My husband went up for the second time and never got an answer. And so I went up a third time and was livid as another half dozen+++ orders went by. The frustrating thing is we paid up front and left a 20% tip on the worst food service ever. We have learned our lesson and won't do that again. Recognize it's not just the server it's the entire service...from what happened to our ticket, our food prep and delivery to our table? I doubt I'll make the effort to go back. Because I can pay the same $59 (2 single patty burgers, 2 beers, 1 fries, 1 onion rings) for similar or better food, fantastic views with much better service. Also, they knew but did nothing to make our experience better.
