I stopped in to fill up my tank and use the restroom. I was weary from driving so I also took a short nap then got a cup of coffee browsed around the convienience store and hit the road. Flying J is my preferred travel center while on my Road trips, The guy at the counter was friendly as I purchased my coffee. The restroom was fairly clean but due to the amount of users was ready for a touchup. I'll definitely fuel up again next time I'm in the area. I reccomended Flying J when your in the area in need of fuel, a snack coffee or even a nap. Thanks for reading. read more

Two months ago while traveling out of state, stopped here for gas. My card kept getting declined, went to a different pump, same issue. Went inside and attendant said you have to prepay. I asked why isn't there a sign to save all that trouble. Fast forward two months, today is Nov 25, on another trip. Had the same problem, no sign and card kept getting declined. We said to heck with this place and left. Too bad because this has been our gas stop for many years, but to have this happen twice is just plain ignorance on their part. The pumps are soooooo slow. They could tell you up front and not waste your time. Or do what they did and when you come in, after pre paying cash, asking for another pump, they say... yeah they have been like that all day. Casually , like my time is not important. Seconds count fast then a cent adds to the pump. And the check had the audacity to give attitude when I went to see what the problem was. If your program is messed up... fix it. Don't mess up everyone else's program. Flying J can go fly a kite. Screw these people. read more

Extremely good customer service, very clean bathrooms and fully stocked store. We needed RV parking and there was plenty available for us. We filled up on both gas and propane and we were satisfied with the prices and the service provided. We would stop again. read more

STAY AWAY I Got Gasoline at this Location Transaction day December 1st, 2025 only to find out that the gasoline was contaminated. Because of this I had to stay overnight in a hotel which cost me $100 and then take it to a shop to find out what was wrong which cost me $75 only to find out that it was bad gasoline I won't get gas there anymore. read more

We came here to top off the propane in our RV. The attendant came out quickly when we called in, and got the job done. There are UPS, FedEx, and USPS drop boxes on site. RV dumps are available. Looks like a good service station to me. Not the cleanest bathroom but I was not expecting a Hilton bathroom in a gas station. We didn't visit the restaurant. read more

I end up here all the time even though it irritates me to no end. The pay at the pump works about 60% of the time for me. I have driven off multiple times because I refuse to go in if I just need gas. However, because of the location, I always tend to stop there. The other issue I have with them is the length of time to get through the line. This is a truck stop and they have lots and lots of them there which is fine, but they never seem to have enough people to keep the line moving. read more

This is the worst place to stop at I went to the Danny and I ordered and my food didn't even show I been waiting for 3HR!

This flying j is not one of the better ones. They say they want us drivers to have clean restrooms...this one failed miserably. Holes in the wall behind the toilets. The men's room door was wide open and the soap looked like it was watered down. Their selection of the hot food was poor. The truck parking sucks. There is hardly any room to back in. Naturally the easiest parking spaces are pay to park which shows how greedy Pilot/Flying J corporate is. read more

The best gas station in the last 1,593.4 miles, and probably longer. Sparkling clean. Big and spacious so no airborne virus particles and plenty of room to distance. Friendly professional competent staff, from the lady re-stocking cups who backed up to give me space, to the girl at the register wearing thin plastic gloves who took me at the other register to speed me on my way and not hurry the guy in front of me, to the man doing something, i forget what, but he was hard at work too, most employees and some customers wearing masks, which is nice along a heavily traveled interstate. this is a fairly good Flying J for the most part..the dennys however is getting better. it can be sketchy at times as far as service, the quality of food still fairly good. to be expected for so many dennys anymore..rite across the Interstate all kinds of stuff there from imo's Pizza to Walmart to a whole mall nice and easy to drop a trailer and pop right over or bring the truck and trailer right over. the maintenance is pretty good at this one of the showers are usually fairly clean the bathrooms are kept clean most of the time also has to make a meal here too. not just your typical hot bar stufffrom wings and tenders and wedges and hamburgers would also get the dinners with the mashed potatoes mac and cheese veggies and the meatloaf or pot roast or baked chicken.. I did stop earlier today to buy fuel and head back towards St Louis after meeting a relay driver I need to go home so he's headed to Louisiana with my load and get my load for a home to Chicago.. read more

Where is the option for ZERO STARS. What a dump this place has become. Never stopping here again! Every and I do mean every time I come here there is a huge line waiting at the registers. There are 4 registers and always only 1 cashier. Today 3/11/21 7pm. Line about 15 deep and waiting. Just 1 cashier and a family of 8 walk in and want dinner from the deli counter at the register and get waited on right away. They cut in line and nothing was said. A hand full of people in line put down what they where going to buy and walk out. I was one of them. I left my coffee and a couple bottles of water and left. If you don't believe me check your cameras. You are losing business. I have never seen such a poorly ran flying j or a dirtier one either. Just disgusting. I couldn't even imagine what the back of house looks like if the front is this neglected. You need to get it together. I thought I lost a prepaid debit card there and when I called there, the lady who answered the phone not only looked in lost and found right there and then but also asked the attendant (who worked at the time I lost my card) if she saw it.. She also took my name and phone number in case they did find it.. I think that is great as far as customer service goes for someone who just stopped by briefly.. It made me feel like they genuinely were concerned. Bathrooms are nice with the doors on each stall and usually clean. Staff has always been friendly and I have never had to wait long in line.
