They enjoy this event so much that a 4 year old could continue to remember the facility name for an entire year after. My second time was a party of my family and it couldn't have gone better. Trampoline High has a few party packages which could include closing their business for you. They usually have good availability and all they asked me was $100 deposit. When we got to the place, we were surprised by the arrangement/decoration that they took care of, we simply needed to bring our cake and extra food to offer. Going extra early was unnecessary, all was ready and that piece of mind was priceless. Their deals included that you could bring extra food or drinks for a flat fee. We had a server assigned to the party and she was relentless in picking up and serving as we needed. Adults were able to enjoy fellowship while kids safely enjoy their calorie burning activities he he. Manager was present a few times and she has a heart of customer service or customer oriented personnel. We left some of our extra decorations as she hinted that she helps some customers who need the extra push. One extra gesture she had with us was that, we had purchased extra juices and we didn't use. On multiple occasions, when the internet connection made it difficult to access my Groupon voucher, other employees and even a team lead gladly provided a tablet so I could log in and redeem it. The same thing happened on the day of my son's birthday party, and the staff handled it without hesitation. This time, Kelly simply stated that "the rules have changed" and that tablets are no longer provided. While I understand that policies can change, there was no effort to offer an alternative solution or show any empathy. Customer service is about helping people, especially returning customers who have supported your business. I left feeling frustrated and unappreciated. Consistency in customer service is important, and no customer should be treated differently depending on which employee they happen to encounter. I hope management reviews this experience and provides additional customer service training so future guests receive the respectful and helpful service that I've experienced in the past.
