Trinity House Cafe & Market is an outreach of a religious nonprofit. It's a cafe and market (which sells faith-inspired home goods, gifts, and books). Full disclosure - I'm not a Christian. But I was thirsty when I happened to be walking past Trinity House this past Friday, and I stopped in. The cafe is large, with lots of comfortable seating. The main room had tons of windows and great light. I had enough time to enjoy a cold drink and read my book at one of their tables next to a window. I think it's a great place for studying, reading, or working - comfortable seating, great light, and a menu of beverages and snacks. They clearly have a mission, which I don't know much about, and the the things they sell weren't for me (crosses and Bibles and other Christian themed items), but the cafe was very comfortable. read more

What a lovely, sweet little place! We stopped in for lunch today. The young lady behind the counter couldn't have been kinder or more welcoming. I ordered the Marquette sandwich (grilled cheese) with herbed tomato spread and spinach, and my cousin ordered a bagel with salmon. I made a special request for how I wanted my sandwich cooked and the cook made it exactly right. I followed up with a Little Flower Tea Latte, which was unusual but quite tasty. We thought the cafe was just adorable and would definitely recommend you visit. read more

I was really hoping to like this place. A cute, quaint little cafe with a strong religious focus complete with food, books, religious icons and more. We wanted lunch so stopped in and a few of the lunch options sounded perfect. However, we were told that they had a busy day and were out of all lunch options but could make breakfast items; mind you this was at 2PM. So we decided to give it a go and see how the breakfast was. I ordered the Greek yogurt which came served with toppings. I opted for almonds and coconut but the coconut also seemed to have gone the way of the lunch menu as the amount of coconut was scant to say the least. The yogurt was okay, but wouldn't have me running back anytime soon. A bacon, egg and cheese panini was okay but nothing memorable and the Belgian waffles with chocolate chips, whipped cream and syrup were noted to be good but nothing above that. Maybe it was an off day but not much better than 3 stars for this visit. read more

Cutest little cafe with delicious, healthy food in a beautiful setting. There are so many nice gifts available for purchase from local artists. There is patio seating and inside seating using old church pews. The service is friendly. They have a nice tea and coffee selection as well. Parking is right down the alley. read more

Super cute little cafe! I got the lunch special for $10.67. It came with tomato soup, a large portion that was very filling and savory, a chicken sandwich and some chips. Fresh and delicious. Stopped in for breakfast and caffeine one morning at Trinity House Cafe & Market. Parking can be a bit of a challenge here. There is no parking in front of the business. There is parking around back and down the hill in a public lot - which requires a short walk back up the hill. Trinity House Cafe is located in what looks like it used to be a residence. I ordered their version of Lox & Bagel and a small cold brew - with a splash of Half 'n Half. I sat in the front room to eat my Lox & Bagel. There are 6-7 small tables in this room. Cute from the outside but not worth the drive... My fam and I were in the mood to go for a drive and get some good coffee. We chose to visit Old Town Leesburg and see what cafes are in the area. We were excited to try out Trinity and check out their coffee and food offered! T The place was super cute and cozy, visibly filled with religious images and decor! The staff were super chill but a bit too observant (lol). We got the iced vanilla latte, lavender latte, and the dos leches latte(specialty)! The iced latte had too much milk w very little expresso definition. The lavender lacked lavender and flavor :( And my poor mother was disappointed in her latte as well as it lacked sweetness. The sandwich on a sourdough was pleasant and was side w chips. Although all drinks are lower in price than other cafes, it was a 2.6/5! read more

I've been here several times, and always have a good experience. I typically go with a Caramel Cold Brew or a Vanilla Latte. Their portions are great for the price, and they even have a punch card system. Their coffee cake is great as well. If you want to go down the savory route, I'd recommend their Tomato Soup. The workers are always very friendly. There is plenty of seating, and the house is a great atmosphere for doing work. One note I have is that the parking situation is less than ideal, but there are lots and garages nearby. read more

About a 1-1.5: Man, I really wanted to like Trinity House Cafe - this cafe is nestled in Leesburg and is an outreach of the Trinity House Community. The menu includes various breakfast and lunch items, sandwiches, salads, and coffee and tea beverages. We came here for a late brunch, and ordered: +Waffle - described as freshly made, served with butter; you can also choose 3 toppings from honey, maple, chocolate, caramel syrup, warm berries, almonds, walnuts, chocolate chips, coconuts, craisins, cream, brown sugar, and/or whipped cream; we just stuck with the butter and the maple syrup, and, honestly, this tasted super artificial; it was also served cold, which we found it odd, as it was supposed to be 'freshly made' +the Velankanni - curried chicken salad on a brioche (you can opt for multigrain, sourdough, or GF bread), served with a side of chips; the chicken salad was super dry and was very bland; not sure if we were served the sourdough or the brioche, when the latter was requested, but the bread tasted stale and super dry +Cafe Dos Leches - made with three parts drip coffee, one part warmed half and half, and sweetened condensed milk with nutmeg and whipped cream; the coffee was not strong and was extremely diluted +C.S. Lewis Latte - Earl Grey tea with cardamom, almond syrup, and steamed milk; it was described to be strong, but it wasn't steeped at all, and because it was served over ice, it was very watery; there was no checking whether this drink was preferred to be served hot or over ice The food and drinks were inedible, and I just wished we had a tasty experience as others have had. The staff here are friendly, and the place itself is cute - I really enjoyed checking out the items that they had for sale, as it was kind of like a gift shop (children's toys, books, jewelry, stationery, etc.). There were also various tables and seatings and a few outdoor patio furniture for al fresco dining. Parking consists of only 3 spots, and it can be tight to enter and back out into the streets; luckily, the street is residential and is not that busy. My daughter was visiting from out of town. We have driven by this place before. This time we stopped. So glad we did. What a great little spot. Charming is an understatement. Cool old house, great vibe, coffee and tea drinks were top notch. Great breakfast/brunch selections ANF gluten free bread for me! Comfy outdoor patio area as well. This place was so cute. Super cozy and welcoming. The staff was patient and kind. This cafe is located on the edge of town in an old home which adds a little extra character. They have books everywhere and music filling the sound around you. I sat here and worked for a few hours but could see myself grabbing a book and reading all day. We ordered the Greek yogurt + breakfast sandwich, which was very delicious. Their breakfast sandwich is a pressed panini which is always a win in my book. You can't come here and not order a coffee. It's not watery or acidic. They also know how to steam dairy-free milk without it tasting burnt. (Yay!). I had an almond milk latte which an extra shot of espresso and maple brown sugar syrup. It was the perfect drink for a cool fall morning. A bonus is that Trinity supports other small businesses because they have a lot of merch customers can buy. I bought a solid lotion 'bar,' and it smells divine. The only downside is there isn't much parking (four spaces), but there is parking nearby, and it's walkable if you stay near the market street. read more

I was looking for a place to grab some lox one morning and I happen to stumble upon this quaint café while in town. I must say this place is what all cafés should strive to be like. The building which is a house is old yet very nice and clean, very spacious, decorated with tons of artwork and loaded with books. The staff is friendly and it has many different areas to sit and eat, read, and or just relax and enjoy some coffee and conversation. Charming cafe in an old house. Serves lunch and breakfast items in addition to offering a variety of coffee and tea. The decor is bright and cheerful. There's lots of seating inside and out in various nooks. There's even a special children's room at the back of the house. There is artwork and used books throughout that are for sale in addition to being a cafe. Coffee and tea drinks come in some very creative sounding combinations. Sadly the reality doesn't live up to the fancy names. Dos Leches Latte promises a rich and creamy flavor combo, but really doesn't taste of much beyond the sprinkle of nutmeg on the top. Similarly the CS Lewis latte made with earl grey tea really doesn't have much flavor beyond that of the (bag) tea its made with. The coffee itself is pleasant, but nothing special. Service is slow, especially considering my coffee drink was made from drip coffee not espresso. Servers were pleasant but not overly outgoing and oddly had no recommendations to offer when asked which drinks were the best. There's very limited parking off the alley behind the house but the location is directly across the street from a public parking lot, so that shouldn't be a deterrent. Overall I wouldn't go out of my way to stop by again. Cowbell Kitchen and Dolce & Ciabatta, both within blocks of this cafe, offer better tasting options. read more

I've driven by here a few times and have wanted to make a stop. Today was the perfect day to do so, as I had a layover between errands in Leesburg and needed lunch. This place is so adorable that I'm trying not to gush. The entire house is filled with rooms for dining, reading, surfing the Internet (free wifi). Nice porch with tables outside as well. There is a playroom for kids, books for all to borrow to read while here. It has a very B&B feel. Music is an eclectic mix of jazz, folk, indie on a satellite channel out of Germany (or, at least, there were German announcers and commercials in between sets). I liked the fact they do Sunbutter and jelly sandwiches for kids; that avoids the peanut issue altogether. I ordered the Canterbury: hot, sliced roast beef, cheddar cheese, lettuce on a caraway Kaiser roll with fresh horseradish sauce, served with pickle and a choice of apple or chips. The roll was fresh and the sandwich was quite tasty-melted a bit in the mouth. An interesting tidbit: the owners must be Catholic; they have beautiful rosaries, beeswax candles, sculptures, etc. for sale made by local monks, etc. I think it's neat that they are willing to be open about their religion and yet the place does not feel non-secular-meaning, all are welcome. I love independent coffee places. This one is in an old house in downtown Leesburg. Just as expected seating is in nooks and crannies on 2 floors and outside. Seats are unique and old. The floor is not level. Its got charm. Outside has eclectic entertainment in an open area. The only negative on music is sometimes other town entertainment over powers the sound here. Oh I forgot: Very good coffee. Good service - not speedy. Good food and reasonable prices. Overall: Fun, nice place. read more

Love it here. They have some DELICIOUS and CREATIVE coffee drinks. Try the Little Flower for something different. It's blend of chamomile, lavender and ROSE is amazing. They offer typical café food like sandwiches and salads except the QUALITY is really really good. The fact that it's a converted historic HOME with creaky wood floors is super charming. The fact that there are Christian statues and paintings and books on display doesn't bother me. The couches are actually really comfortable. You know how you see a CUTE COUCH in a café but then there is no real practical way to eat at a table while slouched on a couch? Yeah well..no problem like that over here. It's all good. I selected this cafe based on it's location and high rating. It's located in a very old, quaint house in old Leesburg. The experience is better than the food, if that's what you're going for. You order at a counter, they bring it to your table. The attitude of the staff is neutral. Apparently most patrons linger with a coffee and pastry. If you want a simple, yummy breakfast, try somewhere else. I had the bacon/egg/cheese breakfast sandwich. Totally uninspired preparation, dry and plain. Parking is somewhat difficult, there's a lot 1/2 block away. read more
