As a parent or family member bringing a young child, that's very concerning and unpleasant to see. I understand that children's areas get a lot of use and can be difficult to keep spotless, but this went far beyond normal wear and tear. It looked like the area had not been properly cleaned in quite some time. It's disappointing because the bookstore itself is nice, and we were looking forward to spending time there.
