I'm always a big skeptic when it comes to treatment centers as I've been to many over the years but they really went above and beyond to ensure I had a comfortable experience, from the detox process to all phases of treatment. She in turn with my orthopedic surgeon, have managed my health issues for the ladder of a decade to the best of their capabilities. Dr Scanlon genuinely gets to know you and make sure that she's detailed in her synopsis. If anything's ever forgotten, it's because I forgot to mention it upon appointment, the front desk could be better, but in any medical setting where you have a large patient load, it's what's going to happen. Maybe a bigger office with more area for the people at the desk could fix some of the backup/complaints but this is south florida, no ones going to be happy anywhere.
