The staff at the Glen Burnie location are patient and helpful...especially just a few weeks before school starts. Laila was very sweet while assisting us with the items needed even after a long day! Maggie was very kind offering help to Laila and us at different times as many customers were in need of attention. Our visit was complete with the friendliness of Alexis checking us out and ordering any items that were not in store...which was only 1 item, so kudos to still having a large stock of items at this time. I wanted to give a shout out to the employees at the Glen Burnie location. As soon as we walked in Makaila greeted my family and helped us throughout the whole process. She helped with filling out the forms and even color selections of shirts for my boys. She even gave suggestions when they were undecided with the warm up jackets. I also wanted to thank Deb and Ellen for their assistance with the gym wear. They both were helpful with sizes and great conversation while waiting. Great experience at the Glen Burnie location!!! Excellent customer service. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. I called the Rockville location to inquire about purchasing a cardigan for my daughter. I was told that the Lanham location was the store that I should be going to and they were unable to assist me. I called Glen Burnie and was told they had the cardigan in stock and they could embroider the cardigan once I got to store. I was in the store for a total of maybe 8 to 9 minutes. Betsy assisted with a complicated exchange and gave very helpful advice on skirts for my daughter. She also showed me an easy and fun trick for tying ties!
