But, surprisingly the store was fully stocked, well organized and full of great stuff. I bought two pair of shoes, a couple of running shorts, gym gear and a hat for less than $120 bucks! Talk about a deal...Anyone who knows about a Nike store, you can pay that price for just one pair of shoes or hoodie alone!! LOL! The floor plan is open which is great for accommodating large crowds, and this place tends to get crowded for sure but, what I've noticed is that the lines at check out move fast and they tend to have a good rotation of inventory. There were a couple of items on the floor where I needed a different size and one of the staff members were able to check their stock and pull the size I needed from the inventory room. I really appreciated that as to he could've been lazy, and not even bother to put forth the effort, giving that the store was so crowded. In all, easy to shop because of the set up and attentive staff. Also, great prices and return policy. The store is large, clean with lots of rotating stock and items for a factory outlet store. The business has an automated system that continually tells me it can do nothing. Now, in order to get anything back, I need to pay to send the sweatshirt back, and reorder it, and PAY again to have it resent to me. This is an egregious waste of resources, time, and money. The business refuses to adjust the value and close out the gift card in attempt to money grab for higher sales. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE

Andy helped me get the jersey my daughter wanted along with two other jerseys; a throwback Vince Carter raptors jersey and the highly sought after Michael Jordan UNC college jersey. Both in youth sizes. Our lids in Cali rarely sell jerseys and if they do it's only Warriors so to find these gems were a huge win for me! As I was getting ready to pay their register was having a bit of an IT issue. They both handled it very professionally and made sure to communicate with the other customers what was going on. They were only offline for less than 10 mins and even offered customers to come back and they would hold their items if they had to go to other places. That was very nice of them considering they weren't sure when the system would be back up. This is probably my favorite Lids to ever visit...it's too bad it's across the country otherwise my child would go broke there lol! We had trouble with some ski boots purchased at sun and ski being tight on the front of the foot…read more We went back to sun and ski, totally expecting to have to plead our case for someone to help. Instead, we got great customer service and sympathetic and helpful ski boot fitter. Alex waz great and she listened and helped. She heat molded the boot, putting a piece of foam around the front of the foot, so the boot molding could expand more when heated. We went back skiing the next day and the fix worked amazing. My daughter said the boots felt great and the tightness was gone.

At my last visit in August, I waited a while before an associate assisted me with a scan to do an assessment of which type of shoes I should purchase, stability or neutral. I requested that the scan be emailed to me, but it never was. Over the last week or two, I tried calling to request it. I tried calling closer to closing thinking it would be lighter for them to assist me. The line went unanswered after many rings. This week, I decided to call at 10 a.m. this past Monday when they open. Cerise answered and put me on hold for 12 minutes. I hung up and called again. She said it was busy and got my info and said she would return my call in 15 minutes. 15 minutes came and went. It's now Friday and still no call. I even left a voicemail later this week. The automated system said calls are returned in 24 hours. Apparently that is false. I decided to go into the store at opening and finally got what I needed. Shawn, the manager, was friendly and helpful. Two recommendations I have is that they need to hire more staff and do a better job of answering the phone and returning calls. I gave them three stars because the service when I am in the store is exceptional.

I have owned Vionic, Sofft, Ecco, New Balance, Asics, etc. and every pair I own gives me calluses, is too tight, or make my feet hurt. I have gotten orthotics in the past too. I received a coupon in the mail so decided to check them out. Upon arrival, I was acknowledged and greeted by an associate and he said to let him know if I needed assistance. Unfortunately, owning comfort shoes typically means you sacrifice style. The selection is more suitable for mature or conservative clientele. The associate informed me they will carry more stylish shoes in the fall. I may return, but am not hopeful I will find anything stylish and comfortable given my past history with shoes in general.
