A huge thank you to League Outfitters for special help on an order. I researched the best companies for ordering T-shirts and they received excellent press from sites and people I trust. I needed 4 kids' t-shirts during this holiday season to arrive much more quickly than I thought due to one child's tragic medical issues. 5 year old with incurable brain cancer and on 1/5 he would be receiving his 30th and last radiation treatment. It was a lot for an adult to endure and he had gone through 29 without a single complaint and no sedation. He loves orange, so his parents asked all friends and family to wear it that day as would their son and his 3 very young siblings. I sent a message to League Outfitters explaining the situation and how much it would mean to this incredible warrior of a sweet kid and his courageous-beyond-words family to get those orange T's by 1/5. On 1/5, I received a note from the family that they were delivered and so very much appreciated. I can't thank League Outfitters enough for caring. On the day this child "rang the bell," he wore his new orange T. His journey ahead is an arduous one, full of challenges for him and all those who know and love him. Look good but it's not true to its size. Order 1 size smaller I bought this C2 sport polo for my tennis buddy and he wore it today. It looks good but a bit larger than I expected. I ordered size M as I knew his size so be aware. Spent almost 300 on aau uniforms and their sizing was way way off any other uniforms (Nike/school uniforms) we've had in the past 3 seasons. My daughter could gain 30 lbs and grow 4" and these would still be too big. These are bigger than men's clothes and they're supposed to be women's cut. We did nothing wrong, Your sizing is way off. I got the product I ordered as advertised so that's good. Got some new balance basketball shoes. However I ordered them Feb 6 and received them March 2nd. The only updates I received were from when I inquired as to what was taking so long. First time customer this year. I ordered the wrong size helmet for my son and thought I was doomed in the return since my son lost the tags to the new helmet but their customer service rocks! These guys have some of the worst inventory management I've ever dealt with. Ordered shoe from their website. Two days later, they cancelled on me stating they were out of stock. A day later, I saw their shoe was back in stock on their website. I e-mailed them to verify this time. They e-mailed back stating it's back in stock and I should place a new order. I made a new order. Now four days later, they cancelled on me again stating they're out of stock. LOL. Now am waiting on refunds. My wife called it. Orders shirts on May 1st for travel ball softball team. I've been going around and around to get the shirts. Customer service sucks. They just give you the runaround. I'm still waiting for a responds to the three emails that I sent back from the beginning of May for them to respond to and and a call with the update of my order. I had to call them to let them know they didn't even send all of my order. The customer service representative told me somebody must've closed it before the other department could've got it and filled it, but he can't tell me what department is to blame for. That's when he opened the order again got a label created for the order and the order has been setting with a created label since May 16 with no updates. I found a pair of cleats for the best price at League Outfitters. I ordered the cleats and after about 3 business days called the business for an update since they had not shipped. I was told they would ship in 5-7 business days which by the 5th business day was too long as it might mean 2 weeks arrival from the order (which in today's world is pretty slow). I was able to easily cancel the order before it shipped, and the fact that i could speak on the phone to a human easily (and who spoke english fluently), as well as get quick email response from a human, makes me want to do give these guys a shot again. I gave 4 instead of 5 stars due to the speed of shipping. read more

Looking for Youth sized Pink mouth pieces for football helmets for Breast Cancer month and coud only find Adult sized ones. They were more than happy to find and place and order for me and had them drop shipped within a week and ready for this Saturday's game which is also the very first day of Breast Cancer Awareness Month! This is why people order from Amazon and not "small family businesses." The site came up when I was trying to order a pair of League sweatpants. Ok, so they were considerably cheaper and that "small family business" so I ordered them. They did not ship for over a week and I got no notices from them. I sent an email to customer service and got the basic response. When I sent again, a few days later, I got a rude response from Sadie. When I finally got the item, it was really small, seemingly a youth size. Of course, I had to pay for shipping to return it. I ended up spending over $27 dollars for shipping to and from. I should have just kept the item and donated it to a thrift shop. Shame on me for not reading the return policies. But again, that's why I use Amazon. I have been looking for a Scutt F7 helmet for my boys and found the best price here. Come to find out after the helmets were delivered the team colors were changed for next season.
