But don't ask questions about ammo, especially if they are out. "I don't know" can you ask someone who might? Walks away to take a call, and that was after my kid put money in the not working shooting game, that he even said yes they don't work all the time. Maybe fix it then? There were a couple of items on the floor where I needed a different size and one of the staff members were able to check their stock and pull the size I needed from the inventory room. I really appreciated that as to he could've been lazy, and not even bother to put forth the effort, giving that the store was so crowded. In all, easy to shop because of the set up and attentive staff. Also, great prices and return policy. The store is large, clean with lots of rotating stock and items for a factory outlet store. Instead, we got great customer service and sympathetic and helpful ski boot fitter. Alex waz great and she listened and helped. She heat molded the boot, putting a piece of foam around the front of the foot, so the boot molding could expand more when heated. We went back skiing the next day and the fix worked amazing. My daughter said the boots felt great and the tightness was gone.

At my last visit in August, I waited a while before an associate assisted me with a scan to do an assessment of which type of shoes I should purchase, stability or neutral. I requested that the scan be emailed to me, but it never was. Over the last week or two, I tried calling to request it. I tried calling closer to closing thinking it would be lighter for them to assist me. The line went unanswered after many rings. This week, I decided to call at 10 a.m. this past Monday when they open. Cerise answered and put me on hold for 12 minutes. I hung up and called again. She said it was busy and got my info and said she would return my call in 15 minutes. 15 minutes came and went. It's now Friday and still no call. I even left a voicemail later this week. The automated system said calls are returned in 24 hours. Apparently that is false. I decided to go into the store at opening and finally got what I needed. Shawn, the manager, was friendly and helpful. Two recommendations I have is that they need to hire more staff and do a better job of answering the phone and returning calls. I gave them three stars because the service when I am in the store is exceptional.

EXTREME DISAPPOINTMENT. We sent our football team order to League Outfitters this year... more than $1500, plus team store orders. NOTHING HAS BEEN DELIVERED ON TIME. All we hear is that the printer went on vacation.... during the peak ordering season for football!!!! Having to call regularly. Will not respond to emails. We ordered custom football practice jerseys, custom practice shorts, custom practice shorts and custom sublimated game pants. We were assured everything would be delivered on time for practice gear, prior to our first practice, and game gear in time for our first game. Only delivered practice pants and socks through the first 2 weeks of practice. Had to go out of pocket for practice jerseys for the first week.... they even screwed up the original sizing kit (sent the wrong one, so we had to reschedule sizing with our team). I will keep this post updated, and if it is resolved correctly, I will let everyone know. However....BUYER BEWARE!!! Update August 26: I called my sales rep and asked to speak to the president of the company. Instead, the sales director called and said "Everything will be fixed this week." He was not aware of any of the issues... (?). Not holding my breath. I will continue to update this post as I get updates. Aug 27: The hits keep coming. Despite an email on Friday assuring us our remaining items would be delivered by the middle of the week, we are now told we should get them by the end of the week. Moreover, League Outfitters chose to ship our severely past due items via GROUND DELIVERY on Monday evening (yesterday), knowing our next scrimmage is Thursday evening (meaning delivery at the earliest on Friday). So.... we won't have our necessary practice gear in time for our second scrimmage either. Additionally, we are now told that we did not meet certain minimums for our Team Store that League Outfitters set up for parents and fans to order from. There are different types of minimums... individual, embroidery, and store total. Thus, we now need to cancel all store orders from parents or it is up to us to figure our which items to cancel for each order. Well, I will continue to update this post as I get updates. I think it is important for teams to know what really is going on here. Our parents are FURIOUS! August 28: I can almost hear carnival music..... I received our teams orders of custom shirts and shorts today. Every shirt is incorrect. 2 are completely blank on the back (no player name or #). No coach shirts we ordered we shipped. Moreover, I was told I would get an update today from League Outfitters but NO CONTACT. I have asked League Outfitters what the remedy will be for this shipment.... the saga continues. Sept 4: received the missing practice jerseys, but they were printed in the wrong colors... and, the practice pants are ripping at the seams. Game pants arrived yesterday. However, THEY ARE NOT ALL THE CORRECT COLORS! How does this happen??. Everything in our $1500 order, except for socks, has been wrong. BUYER BEWARE....!! Ohh... by the way, radio silence from them unless I ask for an update. They say they will "make it right." Not holding my breath at this point. ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! People throw phrases around like "Ill never shop anywhere else" or "They have a customer for life". But I can tell you now, they phrases truly apply to my interactions with League Outfitters. I ordered a very high priced helmet for my son (I say this not to brag, but to give an example of how important it was that we get it right). I messed up, and judged sizing off another brand that this specific company makes as well. Well, I was wrong, very wrong. I emailed customer service, and within 10 MINUTES, 10 freaking minutes, I had an email back from Daniel. He immediately was talking to me about the fit, and even talked me out of "just rolling with it" and instead immediately placed an order for a return, and to send the next eise. Within 30 minutes, the request was placed. Not even 24 hours later, the new, next size up is already in the mail, including my return slip for the wrong helmet. Nowhere, and I mean NOWHERE, has customer service like League Outfitters. From start to finish they make sure you are happy, taken care of, and are getting EXACTLY what you need to protect you, or your little star athlete. Even so much as protecting me from myself and the mistake of just "going with what we have", which my wife will tell you is no easy task. They truly have a customer for life in me. This was my first time purchasing an item from this site. I saw that it already had GREAT reviews so I decided to go ahead and purchase quantity 10 of an item. Shipping was fast and the items were sent to the correct address, however, one of the boxes only had 1 of the items. I immediately reached out to the live chat they have on their website and spoke with Daniel. He was warm, courteous, and checked to see if the item that was missing was still in stock. great customer service. I ordered some football shoulder pads and pants for my son on a Sunday. got to work the next day and decided to see where the equipment was shipping from. realized i could drive from VA to their store front in MD and back home before my son would need the gear for that nights game. I called them and explained that i was driving to the store and to not ship my order. they checked to make sure everything was in stock at that location and refunded me the shipping charge. When i got to the store the equipment was ready to go. I was able to jump back in my car and head back home 3.5 hours away. My son had his pads for his game that night. read more

I bought this for my son that plays middle school football. He has practiced in it for about two weeks now. So far, he is really enjoying it and says that the helmet has a nice comfortable snug feel to it. Customer service was great! We made a mistake during the ordering process online by clicking the wrong color. It was after hours but I emailed the company and after a few hours from opening the next business day, I received a return email with the updated order. I really appreciated that because we were expecting it to arrive on Saturday for practice on Monday and that happened! Hopefully we are able to get several seasons out of this helmet. read more

I have never had an experience like this before. Daniel Bascom from League Outfitters went above and beyond. I purchased a new F7 white helmet for my son for Christmas. However a few days after Christmas my son's football Organization switched helmet colors to red. Immediately I reached out in regards of an exchange and it was so seamless. Not only was I granted an exchange the new helmet was sent out the same day I provided the company with the tracking number of the returned helmet. Great shoulder pads and great customer service. My son is 6'2 195 lbs. Got him the Large Schutt XV Hybrid AP pads and they fit him really well. When they came in, I showed them to the school's AD and head coach and they both really liked them too. I told them about the deal League Outfitters was having and they ended up buying several sets for the school. The team was in pretty dire need of several shoulder pads and League Outfitters was easy to go through a d quick with shipping. Great selection of items. We were having trouble finding football gear in Canada and League outfitters had everything we needed, and ship internationally. It was nice having the option to view the pricing in CAD, not just USD. Do keep in mind if you are ordering from another country you will have to pay duty and likely a brokerage fee, just so there are no surprises when your item arrives. I went on a retreat at my church. You wouldn't expect quality t-shirts for the retreat team, at least ones that both looked and felt awesome. Yet, not only did they look great, fit great (I'm not an easy fit!) but they FELT great. A friend of mine- who also went on retreat- told me the same thing- that he still wears them years later. I must confess, I've even wore them to bed more than a few times- because the fabric feels so soft. I did not know the special order helmet didn't come with a face mask. He made sure my order was correct and was able to add the face mask to my order. This is my first time dealing with league Outfitters and I must say it has been a painless and pleasant experience. I purchased several MLB shirts and unfortunately I ordered the wrong sizes. Honestly, I wouldn't shop any place else for our youth program. League Outfitters have a wide selection at affordable prices and have always had what we've needed. What truly brings me back is there service though. Any place you shop will make a mistake from time to time. Super fast shipping!) I contacted the store and was given options as to how I wanted to handle it (partial credit or exchange). Seeing as it was meant for a Christmas present for my son, I chose to have it exchanged. They contacted the manufacturer (Majestic) and came back with a better credit okay'd by Majestic that I couldn't pass up - had the credit in my PayPal account the very next day. These guys were fantastic to deal with and kept in constant communication - never waited more than an hour after any question I asked. I will check these guys out on eBay first whenever I have any sports type merchandise to buy!

The clubs sat at their location for over a week before they even looked at them. DO NOT sell them your used clubs. Be aware this is not an individual store I'm talking about, it's their corporate HQ. It has been a totally bad experience. I also had ordered a Cobra fairway wood from them, and it was supposed to have a Denali Black shaft, it came with a blue. So their staff botched to description of the club, or more likely sent me a different one. So basically both of my interactions with them have been bad. I have to use up my credit with them, and I'll never do business with them again.
