The store was clean & organized. I love going there because they make the process of ordering so easy. My last 2 experiences there were not so pleasant as we had 2 different people who seemed unqualified & unfriendly to deal with. We did not have a good experience with "valentina" and "nick". Sorry to call them out, but both were not friendly nor were they knowledgeable. Did not like these 2 experiences! Hope we get someone else next time we go. read more

The employees at this store are incredibly patient and knowledgeable. My daughter is attending Catholic School for the first time in the fall and Derek helped us. he was very nice and explained everything to my daughter. Especially the handling of the shoes. I appreciate his level of detail, and that he wasn't talking to me, but rather talking to and treating my daughter as the client. Terrible from the beginning to end. Understaffed, and understocked. Forced to place order that was suppose to be here in 7-10 business days. 2 weeks no email, I call and they tell me it should of been 7-10 business days but the warehouse is backed up. Everyone is always helpful. For the past 3 years of shopping at this location I have never had any issues. My only issue is with the long white shirts. For some reason they stain easily. My daughter is the type to try her best and not get dirty but I guess the fabric clings to everything. She has only had the shirt for a few months and the stains wouldn't come out. I tried everything. The bottom of the sleeves look like it has been worn for over few years. (She has a different shirt for each day). This year I will stick to purchasing only short sleeved shirts. On a side note, my daughters school has another school that we can purchase uniforms from but I will stick to to this store because I notice a difference with the quality, and customer service. Once you walk into the store... the few times that I've come in there's almost never someone in the front... so you have to either yell for help or just walk to the back... you won't be out of here fast min. 30 mins. Even if it isn't busy... always takes forever. Unfortunately it's the only place my daughters uniform are sold so I have no choice. Wish customer service was better, currently on hold for about 15 mins to see if my two long sleeve shirts that I originally purchase two weeks ago are in. read more
