My nails were left very bulky, uneven, and unattractive, and definitely not what I expected after paying over $100. I told the receptionist how awful service that woman gave me and she said I'm sorry what am I to do with that? I'm sorry very disappointing. What made the experience even more disappointing was that Tammy was trying to watch a TV show on an iPad while doing my nails. The owner came over and told her to close it. I understood what was being said even though it was in Chinese, and Tammy appeared upset afterward. The quality of the service seemed to get even worse. I also found the salon to be very dirty and unsanitary. I was extremely uncomfortable seeing people sitting around instead of cleaning and properly sanitizing the work areas. When it comes to getting my nails done, cleanliness and sanitation are extremely important to me.I did not leave a tip because I was very unhappy with the service. Paying $100 for nails that were bulky and poorly done, being cut during the service, and having concerns about cleanliness is simply unacceptable.I hope the owner takes these concerns seriously and focuses on proper sanitation, cleanliness, and customer service.

Despite multiple nail techs being available, they did not work efficiently--no one doubled up on services, meaning we had to sit through separate manicures and pedicures instead of having them done at the same time. My nails turned out terrible. Instead of properly painting them, the tech used white powder and seemed to avoid doing the job correctly. The result looked nothing like what I requested (see attached photo). To make things worse, when I had to return for a simple fix on a smudged toenail, they made me wait until they finished with five other customers before addressing it. A five-minute polish fix turned into yet another long, unnecessary wait. If you care about the quality of your nails and the service you receive, do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. I would absolutely not recommend this salon. I will say it's a nice clean salon. If they tried harder they could fix their 2.8 yelp review score.

And I told her to just paint them yellow and let me go I didn't even care about the 75 dollars I just lost. I wanted to cry. I don't recommend coming here.
