His technician didn't cut his toenails, only filed them and even worse, she cut his skin on both his big toe and around his fingernails during the manicure. There were only two people working, and unfortunately, BOTH did an awful job. This place seriously needs better people if it plans to stay in business. Modern vibe, very spacious and I love the complimentary drinks esp if you spend a few hours there. I come in and there was a 2 hour wait for a gel manicure.... with plenty of empty chairs and nobody waiting besides me and another lady, they should make sure they have enough workers. Specially on a Saturday afternoon. They steered me in the right direction! I was a bit leary of the 5 STAR review at first. It's very rare that a place with such amazing reviews actually lives up to it's high rating! I called in the morning and was delighted to be able to get an appointment for this afternoon! I went in for a regular pedi and a gel french tip mani with a design. Trisha was the lovely nail tech that provided my services. Wow! I don't say this very often but I was more than impressed with her work!
