So we booked his service for a couple of weeks later. His crew showed up EXACTLY on time! A total of 4 people ended up working on our windows (inside and out). They were METICULOUS throughout. They carefully removed all the screens, cleaned out the window sills first, which included every nook and cranny. Then they got to work on the windows themselves. They worked for about 5 hours altogether, without a break (we have a large house). They wore booties in the house to protect our carpeting. They thoroughly cleaned all of the screens before putting them back. The windows are now sparkly and spotless throughout. They look brand new, with zero streaks. The layout of my house is very large with wall to wall carpets all through the second story, and many odd angles. When Steve took his first look, he expressed concern that the job would be a pain. He could not articulate his plan to fix the folds in my carpet. He became visibly flustered when I asked him a few questions about the techniques he would use. He then told me he couldn't even guarantee he could fix my carpet. I was clear when I told him we need the folds fixed, so he then declined to even estimate the job. Also he did not have any masks with him when he showed up, and he gave me attitude about wearing one. I guess you could say we started off on the wrong foot. Hard pass. Huge waste of time.
