When I notified the manager, he would only offer to upsell me to another tint job for another $200.+ No thanks! I showed up, was greeted by the owner (who is super friendly and welcoming!), and had my minivan tinted in about an hour. Honestly, the entire staff is amazing! I met with the installers to go over care instructions and they were very friendly and easy to talk to. You can tell they all really care about their customers!
