The problem I have is that there was no mention that if I used a credit card to pay for the repairs that I would be charged a 3% fee. Sure, they offered that if I used a debit card, it would not incur a fee. But I did not have $2000 in my bank account at that moment. If I would've known this prior to driving an hour to pick up my truck, I would've had the money transferred to my Bank so I would not incur the $60 fee. Sure, $60 is not much but the lack of communication will earn this company only two stars out of five in my book. I am posting this review so anyone else who uses classic collision will be aware of these fees because Classic Collision will not inform you of this when you drop off your vehicle. Oh! Managed to get the dog hair out that my constant companion, Miss Daisy a very furry white Chuski, half Siberian husky half Chow. They replaced skylight glass saying it was damaged, didn't call first with a price (how do I know it was really damaged), didn't replace the shroud like I asked. Shop folks were not very professional. I thought I was going to spend decent money and get good service, I was wrong. Total bill was $2700, overall experience was not worth that and the picture shown is what was left behind (they did even clean up their mess). Like I say, disappointed.

Never had any issues…read more Sometimes the bill was a little pricey, but if you have a lot of experience owning an rv, you have to know to expect that sometimes. RV's are not cheap and require regular maintenance. I then purchased a slightly used Winnebago View class C from them. It had a few issues. They got them fixed right away. The main cabin door had some problems. They worked hard to get Winnebago to replace the door under warranty as the RV was pretty much new. They were able to get me a brand new door. They are cosiencious about their customers and they try hard. No RV repair shop is perfect, but they put in a lot of effort to please their customers. George is great, and Maddie in customer service is always professional, nice, and helpful. I would highly recommend Protech. And Paradise RV. These are good people who try hard.

After each application, I waited 8-10 days to roll down the windows to be safe as is protocol and this still happens after only a few months of installation. Didn't even last a year. At JTs', they were courteous and looked at the car. They just had too much work to be able to do the job at this time - they said all the shops in the area were really busy. But at least they talked to me and looked at the car. Then I went to Platinum. I parked my car right in front of their office window, walked in and said I needed an estimate. The receptionist said an estimate was $50 and would apply to the work. I said I wanted someone to just take a look at the car to let me know if they would even do the work and see if they would even have the time for it. I didn't want to pay $50 if they wouldn't even do the work or have the time. "The car's parked just outside, I just want someone to see if you will even do it". But she wasn't having any of that, said "We're good", essentially meaning goodbye and go. I said "Thanks for the HELP" and left. Platinum may not need me as a customer, but I don't think they need that employee as a receptionist either.
