The renovations are complete. This location is by far the best on Rte. 9. The staff is very friendly and attentive. They always pre wash my vehicle! Don't bother, soft touch auto does a terrible job still had dirty windshield and back window hardly touched. The extra 5 dollars for wheel shine got 4 spots on each tire. Looks worse than dirty. Just a waste of money to use this carwash. read more

Bad job, i don't know if the machines are old or what. But they don't clean the back at all. My glass and the whole rare still has dirt. That durt is mixed with water and drying like that .i took the tire wax option. It is not at all cleaning, they just waxed over the dust. read more

Came here and ordered the highest price car wash, at $20, which "supposedly" included a wax and shine treatment. My car was pretty dirty before coming here, and after getting this $20 treatment, it basically looked the same as it did before, only wet. None of the dirt and bugs that were on the exterior were washed off. Even more, there is now this weird sticky substance on my windshield that wasn't there before, and won't come off with my windshield wipers. Terrible, will not be coming back. OK all I just want to warn you that this establishment does not honor its contracts in terms of honoring its car wash debit cards debit cards assiciated with their oil changes. As part of the synthetic wash included in the price is a car wash in wish you can either use @ the time of service or later. Despite paying for the service they will not honor the car wash aspect .. This is FACT and if dont beleive me go there and try to use the debit card given from the oil change plus service! Its outrageous they have a credit card machine on the outside which can easily read the card and only take cash for car washes while using the lame excuse that the state will not allow them to use credit cards during the Covid crisis! I'm a fan of the $15 touch free shine car wash. YES it's expensive, but I'm happy with the results. Sometimes they have coupons, so look for them and save a few bucks! I use the automated wash off of Merrit Blvd. Have been to the one with the oil change in years, but I used to go there for quick oil changes years ago and it was worth it not to have to wait. Added the monthly unlimited deal in May 2017 and I LOVE it. I go a couple of times a week and keep my new car clean, which is a MUST on my dirt road! read more

I went in for a oil change and as usual the customer service is always amazing. I've been going here for at least 7-8 years. It's not that big of a deal, however I went in and got the full synthetic for my car cause it's newer and I paid $75 and only got a basic car wash. The synthetic blend is $20 cheaper and they get a rainx complete car wash. I don't think that's fair to be honest cause I do go here for the free car wash as well. I do think that those of us who are paying that much should get a better car wash. Other then that I have no complaints. Ive never had a bad experience with you guys. read more

Ben using oil change service for a few years. Recently brought my 20-6 Audi S4 for a synthetic oil change and a week later my low oil light came on. Checked oil and was down a quart. Purchased at a local gas station a few quarts of Mobil 1. Returned to F&W stating the issue and before looking at the vehicle states it must be a problem with the car. Upon finally checking car they noted the plug was overtightened and the washer wash distorted. Would not reimburse cost of needing to purchase oil at a service station to ensure engine did not seize. Not to mention my driveway now has several oil slicks. Never returning. Do not own there mistakes....stay away. Note: my original post was taken down..same content. Went for oil change for Subaru and Car smelled of burning oil when I got home and parked in garage. Popped hood and could not see anything wrong but noticed my washer fluid tank is near empty. As I had a message on dash a week before saying it was low I added the small amount a week before and figured Foam and Wash would top it off as they say they do. I even specifically asked cashier if they did add washer fluid thisand she said of course. Amazing that the cheapest fluid going into the car was not added. Makes you wonder WHAT ELSE DID THEY NOT DO? I sent a message with this complaint via thief web site but this was ignored. Be careful using them and make sure they fill everything. read more

Okay, I am not much of a reviewer but I could not believe what I witnessed at the Foam and Wash in Fishkill today. I went today 9/10/20 to get a simple car inspection. Once they got my truck on the lift, they showed me what appeared to be very little power steering fluid on the bottom of the frame. I told them I haven't had any issues with the steering , nor have I touched or added power steering fluid in months. I asked what the level of fluid was, and he told me between min and max line. Okay? And I asked him if there was any play in my steering or nosies coming out of my power steering or belts, he replied no. Okay so because there were a few drops of power steering fluid on my frame, that could of get there by spilling it when filling up the power steering months ago, you are going to fail my inspection??? I don't see the clues to conclude that there was an extreme problem with my power steering pump, that made it unsafe to drive on the road. The signs weren't there. This is unfair and wrong on so many levels. Either the mechanic was having a bad day and needed to fail 1 inspection because he's been passing to many and it looks bad for him, or his boss are putting to much pressure on him to not pass inspections with the smallest problems. Either way they lost a customer for life. I will not be going back to this foam and wash. I will also not be recommend this shop to my friends and family and will be telling them to stay far away from this shady mechanics shop. Once I got my truck back I went underneath the truck and whipped the small spot that had the so called power steering fluid on it and you can clearly see it was very little, and could of been there from when someone filled the power steering pump weeks ago before today. Just going by that small spot of fluid in my eyes is not enough to fail a inspection when no other signs are present. These wannabe car mechanic at foam and wash on Fishkill are idiots and need to be retrained. read more

My usual is the Merritt location for their touchless wash. Went to this location for the first time because my usual was packed. This location is only one bay and only offers the automatic. I did the wash no problems but then my mistake was to not get out of my brand new less than 1 yr old vehicle right away to inspect it. Now my vehicle is scuffed up from front bumper all the way to the back lights in a symmetrical pattern on both the driver and passenger sides of the: bumper, lights, upper body frame, roof racks, all areas of hard black plastic on the side mirrors, doors and back door handles. Possibly, the body could be buffed out. The black plastic is impossible to buff because some of it is gouged in. Not to mention, the hardware on the front windshield wipers have divots in them as well paint chipped off the edge of the hood that is facing my windshield. Both the manager and associate told me that their brush system is only foam and in no way shape or form could the damage have come from their wash just because of the way their machine is shaped. They indicated that maybe I damaged my own car from an ice snow scraper. I think I know well enough to not use an ice scraper on the body of my vehicle! Besides that, the pattern of the damage is too symmetrical to have been caused by hand and I had not run my car through any other wash after seeing that damage. Another suggestion was that something fell across the front of my windshield to cause the chipped paint but again, if that happened then I think I would have dents and a cracked windshield. I should have brought it in sooner to file a complaint but car washes are known to not address issues with damage caused by their machines. A very expensive lesson learned here. I want to give a shout out to the young man working tonight (8/27/17) at 6pm. He was the only person working the car wash this evening. Exceptional service. I pulled in around 5:57, three minutes prior to close and he couldn't have been more friendly. I did not have any cash, and I asked him if I could tip on the card. He said sure you can. When he rung through the ticket, he asked me if I wanted a receipt. I told him, yeah, I want to tip on the card. He said "don't worry about it." I also showed him a scrape on the right side of my bumper, he recommended the correct package and told me he would do everything he could to get it out. A person who couldn't have been more friendly, and this was three minutes before closing. Kudos to the employees working at foam & wash. read more

I purchased the monthly car wash and went there at 7:35pm on 07/12/19 (a Friday night) and it was closed. Even though it says it's open till 8pm. And make sure you ask them to brush the back of you car the wash never cleans the back. read more

I've been using this car wash for the better part of ten years. There has always been issues with how well the bays are maintained with commercial vehicles and recreational vehicles destroying the place. Lately however a bigger problem is the water quality has been terrible, the worse I've seen no matter which bay I use. I typically spend the full 22ish minutes there washing pretty thoroughly then air drying and yet I still have disgusting water stains all over the cars. Recently tried a different car wash with success so looks like my time here is done. Washer be ware, you're wasting your money here. read more

My first time here for an oil change. After my dealership pissed me off I needed to find an oil change place that had a particular oil. I called and the young lady I spoke to was more than kind and courteous. She actually warned me that they were backed up and would be 45 mins or so. From the moment I pulled up EVERYONE was courteous, nice and professional. I was there for about 1+ hour but I was made aware from the beginning. Outstanding service and super nice personnel. Waiting area is spacious, free soda, coffee and snack machines. Oh and the cost for this particular oil was very fair compared to other places I checked out. I got my oil changed here the last two times and they were super nice and efficient. This last time I went they also checked my diff fluid and changed it for me. The cost was reasonable and they were quick yet thorough. I definitely plan to go back here. The free car wash with the oil change is also a plus. read more

Went to the Fishkill store to get my oil changed. The representative broke my key off in the ignition and acted like it was my fault. When I confronted him about it he said it was my fault because I did not tell him the key was loose. I asked him is this how you treat your regular customers he replied take your business down the street .I will definitely follow his orders. Utilize this location for the last couple of years with acceptable results. My most recent experience was not as expected. Had the oil changed on my 2016 Audi S4 (11k miles) and approx. a week later during a trip to Boston my low oil level indicator came on. I stopped checked the oil level and determined it was over a quart low. Also noticed upon returning home large oil spots on my driveway, Returned the car to F&W where before even looking at the car they stated there must be a problem with the car. After looking at the car they realized they overtightened the drain plug and crimped the ring seal. They replaced the oil however refused to reimburse the $24 spent on oil purchased at a gas station to refill due to the leak. (Synthetic Mobil 1). You determine the true character of a business when something goes wrong. Will not be returning and will inform friends to avoid. read more

Great place to get an oil change. The people that work their are friendly, and do offer suggestions for your car, but don't hassle you to get/buy anything extra then what you came in there for. Best part is you get a free car wash, and you don't have to use it that day. You can save it for another day, especially when its snowing or raining out.
