I'm a sucker for disco parties inside of your car with the color changing lights and fun foam. If you have a sun roof, it makes the party even more fun. So yes, I do love this quick and easy place to get your car washed, in the convenience of your own driver seat. If you're a DIY kinda guy/gal, you can pay by the minute take your time washing your bae. Both options are pretty convenient, if you're in a time crunch or just don't even want to get out of your car, I'd definitely do the first one. This location also has a dog wash, I didn't try it but sounds fun! My onlyyyyy thing is: wish there were free vacuums? I somehow feel like most car washes include them. Wish there was a way to wash your car mats especially after going in through the drive thru and then having to go in again to separately pay and wash the rugs. Kiiiiinda inconvenient? Busy day here but then again it was a sunny Saturday in November so I could have expected that. Many ppl doing self wash and vaccuuming. I opted for wash only since my interior was fairly clean and didn't feel like sitting in line again. I waited for prob 20 mins for an open bay and then it was my turn. Of course as soon as I start some old guy in a truck is just watching my every move and not making it easier for me. I dont need to be judged!! I used about 8$ and was able to spray the soap (odd smell but it went away as soon as i rinsed) then scrubbed with provided brushes. Note to self:: bring own rags next time bc the brush was hella dirty. Rinsed the car and the they have this mega blow dryer. It didnt come out as clean as I had wanted but I rushed bc of the old dude waiting behind me. Next time I would have someone come with me and slowly feed dollars into the machine so I wasnt waiting time accumulated while i was scrubbing and stuff. I would also take my damn time and probably come at night or an 'off' time so that I wasn't feeling rushed and stuff. They do take credit cards too which is great if you dont have cash and I believe they have a cash breaker machine to make smaller bills. The do it yourself dog wash to bring pets is a fantastic idea too! I'll be back for sure! read more

I had a small problem pulling in the soft touch bay with my F150. I don't know why but I did. One of the attendants came into the bay and began yelling at me as if I was a jerk. Instead of telling me what I did wrong and show me for next time he made a mockery of my error and screamed out Jesus Christ which made me feel even more dumber than I already did. Does he think this is the only car fucking wash in town! Plus the truck was still filthy after I left so what the hell. I waited in line for 20 minutes with patience and respect and I expect the same back. And to think I was going to buy an unlimited package. John read more

Worst car wash and wax I've ever had in 40+ years of vehicle ownership. Couldn't use intro coupon at the automatic touchless lane so I splurged on $20 figuring to use next time. Total rip-off, the dirt film on the side of my SUV remained intact and I could still clearly read my son's "wash me" message. The areas that were cleaned on top of the vehicle and windows were covered in dirty water spots even after drying. I just hosed down the car with clean water after getting home but the excessive wax application required me to wipe down the entire vehicle to remove the film and water spots. For that effort I'll just save my money and do it myself. No return visit for me. read more

I travel all over the country and have used car washes pretty much everywhere and this one by far is so superior I just went 15 minutes out of my way just to come to this one! It's an incredible deal time for the money you paid and everything working perfectly and it didn't take it half a minute to start pushing out soap in the beginning which many carwashes. Hard not to love a car wash when you live on a dirt road! I like that this one is open 24 hours, but I wish they would make the automatic car washes part of the unlimited wash deal somehow! Good idea but poorly executed. I took my two dogs expecting that there would be a place to tie one off while I bathed the other. There was no place to tie the second one up and the floor was all wet even if there was. I put them both in the tub and had to maneuver washing two dog at once. drying the dogs was the worse part! There are no towels provided to towel dry before using the air, there is a vacuum to use but that scared the heck out of them, so I went straight to the warm air which was not warm at all! my poor dogs stood there shivering while I tried to blow dry them with cold air in January. I ended up taking them back to the hotel Im staying in and using the hair dryer. In short, dogs are not cars. I will not recommend this to fellow dog lovers. read more

The best thing I can say about the Merritt Blvd. FOAM N' WASH is that it does a BETTER job than I could do!!! Especially in the winter when I don't have the opportunity or "a hot water hose" to wash my car. Great job!!!!! read more

Came to this location a few times, I usually go to the one in Newburgh by Price Chopper, which is always great. I was in the area so I decided to get everything I needed done at once, I just wanted to go home. I used the automated Simonize $15 package since that's what I get all the time, but had less than satisfactory results, when I came out there was still soap on my car. There was no employees around probably due to the hour on a Sunday, so I took a couple of quick pictures and sent an email when I got home. Monday morning I had a response which surprised me off the bat. They saw the pictures and did something I never expect from a company - they cared! Confirmed the location and bay that I had used and stated they would have the manager look into it, plus said that I will get a refund and a token for the same wash I purchased in the mail, not at all what I'm used to when dealing with large companies, I've had problems in the past that made me have to call my bank and do a Visa charge back to get my money back, and that was after being blamed for the situation as if I had caused it. Foam and Wash was completely opposite, they actually respected my property and wanted to make it right, they have definitely earned my business in the future, I dealt with Aileen via email, and she is a true example of what customer service should be, I am more than impressed. The service from up the ladder is what brought then up to 5 stars in my book, a great surprise. Foam and Wash have earned my business with their wash at the Newburgh location, and knowing that the customer service is just as good if not even better than the product they have definitely earned my loyalty. I'm very impressed with this company, and feel that there are plenty of others that could learn a thing or two from their practices. read more

Foam and Wash car was is the best place to wash your car and your dog. I have been a steady patron of foam and wash for approximatley 15years. I used the Foam and wash across from the Poughkeepsie galleria for a really long time until they built the one on Rt 9 in Fishkill next to Mavis. Then when they built the F&W on Merritt Blvd, And had the Dog wash feature I was thrilled!! I have brought all my cars to all of the locations I mentioned and I still to this day, stay loyal to this company. The attendants running the drive thru are always kind, happy and courteous. I really like the pre wash that helps get the bugs and dirt off the car before going through the wash. I always tip the attendants between $5-$10 because I want them to know that I recognize that they do a great job and sometimes put up with rude customers. The dog was is ALWAYS clean and Sanitary, if its not you can blame the inconsiderate asshole that used it before you. Anytime I have run into an issue (not often, maybe 3times in 15 years) the attendants, supervisors and managers have been awesome! Always helpful. I will never switch Car Wash companies, Ever!! Possibly the worst carwash I've ever gotten. It was a beautiful day, so the wait was extremely long. I assumed that the popularity was a good sign so I had no problem waited 15 minutes to get to the pay station. I decided to upgrade the wash & paid between $10/$15 & then waited another 5 minutes before being able to pull in. I was not expecting perfection, and I never have a problem paying for things that are worth while. Unfortunately, what I got was subpar & wouldn't have paid $5. When I got home, my car did not look freshly cleaned and the whole back of my car as well as the wheels were still filthy. Because it's an automated system, you don't get the perks like shaken out floor mats. When I tried to call, there was no answer and even if I had noticed it immediately, there was no one around to even help or answer questions. I feel totally ripped off & would HIGHLY recommend going elsewhere. read more
