Wanted to give the Ward location 5 stars, but I'm not sure where the breakdown in communication occurred. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I dropped off my vehicle at the Kailua location, but because the manager wasn't there and no one was aware of the appointment details, they drove my vehicle to the Ward location for service[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] (Full Detail Package, Paint Refinement and Ceramic Coating). The Ward location did an excellent job with the Paint Refinement and Ceramic Coating, but did not fully clean the interior of my vehicle. The Ward location called me and told me that my vehicle was ready for pick up. Upon picking up my vehicle from the Kailua location, Maurice (management) and I inspected the vehicle and saw that it had not been properly cleaned or detailed. I expected excellent service for almost $1,900. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Maurice apologized and assured me that the Kailua location would immediately take care of the issues.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Maybe the Ward location assumed the Kailua location would take care of the Full Detail Package Service or the service was just lacking. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I'm not sure why neither location knew what was scheduled to be done and at what location, but that was a big inconvenience.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I had to leave my vehicle an extra day at the Kailua location to be worked on. Thankfully the Kailua location took care of the issues. Maurice and the Kailua team made up for the lacking service (cleaning and full detail) that the Ward location provided. 4 stars is generous due to all the issues I had, but the Ward location did an excellent job on the Paint Refinement and Ceramic Coating. The Ward location deserves 0 stars for their Full Detail Package work. I'm doing a separate review for the Kailua location. read more

Decided to splurge a little and have my car cleaned after 3 years. It was getting extremely dirty and sandy inside and out from not maintaining it. Ben did a great job getting out a scratch someone had left on my door. He clay brick washed the exterior of the car and detailed the interior part of the car which was much needed. It was crummy and lots of French fries from the kids. The floor mats were cleaned and washed really well, that was really nice. I only have a couple things I was a bit disappointed with. The front interior windshield was not cleaned or wiped down at all. I could tell because there were circle marks from a previous suction cup phone holder stuck onto the window. Water spots on the rear exterior of the car still there. And one corner of one of the interior cubbies still had a big blob of gunk in it. It was just overlooked probably. Pricing was decent, I had hoped for a more complete job towards the end. read more

I normally never write reviews for anything, but today I must. Starting by reading reviews about Foamatic Auto Care and their touch less car wash service I decided to get my brand new 2024 Toyota Tacoma washed. I was immediately impressed with what they had going on there from the wash to the hand wiping of the entire car, door jambs and even the trunk. They also vacuumed the interior floors and dressed the tires as well, for a very affordable $22.95 which then led me to sign up for the unlimited monthly package for $89.00. After paying and talking with the owner Ben, I decided to book an appointment to have my new Truck Ceramic Coated which was done the following week, I just picked it up and all I can say is "Wow" the truck looked and felt better than when it left the dealership. First time to this place and I wasn't happy at all. They directed me into the bay and someone started spraying my car down with a hose and spray gun. I sat there the machine started to spray foam on my truck. Sat there for 10 minutes without anything happening. The workers then started gathering behind my truck as to assess the situation due to the machine not responding. The a few minutes later it started up again. Nothing from the workers regarding the situation or even letting me know that there was a problem. I sat patiently and approx. 15 to 20 minutes, the process was completed and I was directed to reverse (drive out). Two employees did a mediocre job at wiping down my truck which later left spots. When I asked one of the workers what was going on with the machine, all he kept saying was "No speak english". They appeared to look around for someone i suspect was their boss. A young male who appeared to be the boss was the only one that spoke english and he didn't aprpear to have any customer service training as he just stood there and stared at me. I was so disgusted that I didn't let them finish wiping my truck and just paid and left. Never again will I go back. I don't recommend this business at all until they learn to know what customer service is. Not to sound racist or anything, but there should be someone there that can address questions and/or complaints. I was so grateful the crew was able to help me at an affordable price. Especially since i had to leave my car over night, to bomb it, i was kinda nervous. But they made everything so easy! Also, when i got the car home, i thought the screen was glitching and they stayed late on a Friday to help, turns out it was me who was glitching. The car was running fine. The owner even called my sister, and friend who helped dropped off the car to tell us if any issues come up just call. Been a month and the car is running amazing. The reason I give them 2 starts is because they attempted to clean the car. I took it in to get an interior detail and I payed for the best one they had. Let alone if I knew it was like this I could've done it myself. They literally missed every thing that comes with detailing it was more of like attempting. Center console was still dirty, seats were just wet not shampooed or cleaned, windows not cleaned. Then going to pick up the car they made me pay immediately before even seeing the vehicle to make sure it was up to standard. Honestly was a waste of $180.00. read more

Brought my car in for interior detailing after a juice explosion. Super easy to make the appointment online. Ben helped me out and upon leaving I asked him if he thinks the juice stain might be one of those that makes a come back. He said it was unlikely. 2 months later, the stain is back. I made another appointment and they re-cleaned it at no charge! They also did a great job vacuuming all the dog hair from my trunk! Would definitely recommend their services! :) read more

We only hand wash the car to avoid the scratches from the brushes at other places. I parked under a tree for too long and the birds did their worst. It was like a curtain of white on one side. Scheduled a car wash on the phone and once we showed up he said he couldn't do it because there was a minimal amount of sand inside the car. We said it didn't need to be perfect and he still refused service. We were willing to pay extra but he said he couldn't and it would take too long. We just needed a basic car wash. read more

I've been using their touch less wash subscription for my daily driver and it's been great. I've tried their Express wash for my GMC Sierra, the Detailing Package for my 4Runner and their Automatic Touch less Car Wash with an Interior Detail for my Tesla Model Y. The express wash is exactly as advertised. My GMC is ceramic coated so there is never a reason for a detail for the exterior so this service was perfect for a maintenance wash. My 4Runner was in desperate need of a clean and their Detailing Package made the inside and outside look better than the day I took delivery of the car. The touch less wash service is perfect for my black Tesla because the only contact part of the service is the towel dry. In my opinion, every service is priced fairly, and you definitely get what you pay for. I highly recommend the services I've experienced personally. read more

I brought my car in and they actually showed me where, why and how water got inside. I was impressed! When I got a look at my car, I wanted to cry! It was so clean and the smell was gone. I couldn't wait to rave about this shop. I went in for an express wash thinking I'm just going to get a quick 30 min wash and wipe down. Not even the case Ben whom I assume is the Owner was professional and personable. You can tell he takes ownership of the craftsmanship with a passion. Transpiring To his helpers Ryan and John. They were the main guys that worked on my car. They went above and beyond without being asked to do any of what extra they did to take care of me. Door Jams were wiped, blow off all the extra water dripping from all crevices. Shine my tires( that's usually an add on as well) I'm telling you it was like I asked for a mini detail but really it was just an express wash and not to mention they didn't charge me the extras work they did either. Like most shops would. Walk in 50.00 walk out 200.00 in most case. I am high expressed. Needless to say I would of course recommend this shop. His pricing is extremely reasonable. I originally had issues with this company and the owner. However, the owner was able to work with me in the issues and ultimately resolved my concerns. My first wash was not well done, the original interactions were not good however he came through offered me a free wash and did an amazing job. I was much more satisfied this time. First time trying this place. Went there when they first opened. Had to wait 5 minutes. They have 2 stalls for the drive thru car wash. 1 for bigger cars. Car wash took about 10 minutes and drying was about the same. Best part is this car wash doesnt use brushes. read more
