I am a do it myself kind of guy. I do not like hiring someone to do the work for me. I found do it yourself foam kits online and was dead set on doing it. I then found foamco Web site and a few others and wanted to see what a quote would be. I was shocked when foamco was cheaper then doing it myself and the service person who explained the job to me was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. He did not try and up sell me he told me exactly what he thought I needed and where. The service department is extremely friendly and answered my calls during the entire process. When the day of the install came my wife was worried about mess and noise. The install guys were excellent they were fast, neat and the area looked just like it did when they got there minus the awesome foam on my walls!!! Now for the best part!!! Fast forward a few months I am closing my basement up and notice a few spots where I would want to add foam. I called Foamco stated I wanted to know if the home depot stuff would be the right product for the job to fill in some of these gaps. The service person Tracy told me don't worry about it we will send a tech over within the hour to look at it. The tech arrived with spray cans and filled in every gap I pointed out!!! Then I asked his advice on a spot I wanted to shoot foam into... he went to his car put in a 2" foam board for me and sealed it. All for no charge!! This is a company that stands up to its service and product. Any other company could of told me go to Home Depot get a can, or not there problem. Not Foamco they sent an actual person over and went above and beyond to make me happy. I wish I had more walls to foam so I could use them again! I am SO GLAD I found Foamco. I had to tear out my basement due to a mold infestation and I wanted to build it back better than before - including something better than the old-school insulation. I also had some repair that needed to be done (cracked wall, broken concrete) - if it's basement, they probably do it. I went from a cold, damp basement to a basement that stays at 60 degrees pretty much all the time even when I don't have the heat on down there and it's below freezing out. It's incredible. It's dry and it's going to save money in the long run. I also brought them in to do spray foam insulation in my attic and attic crawlspaces - we had raccoons in the walls when we first moved in, and they'd torn down a lot of the insulation - which wasn't very good to begin with. It looks fantastic and I can't wait to get a few hot days and try it out. Everyone I've come into contact with there has been top notch and customer service oriented. Mike, their estimator, has been wonderful and has been out to the house a lot to bounce around possibilities. The two gentleman who did the foam work, Miguel and Jose, were excellent - the work is EXTREMELY neat and well applied, and it looks like it will last a very long time. Re-insulating one's home is not a simple or inexpensive undertaking. I wanted honest experts with an established track record of success--that is, lots of satisfied customers. I met Dale over 20 years ago when the Foamco Crew drove 80 miles to come in and completely rip out a horrible open cell installation that had been done by a nightmare contractor in my home. I absolutely love the foam insulation and I would highly recommend this company to do it. I got their name from a friend of mind who used them for their whole house. I had 3 walls and a cathedral ceiling insulated. They worked with me during the busy holidays and were understanding when I had to reschedule them because another contractor cancelled on me for electric that needed to be completed first. They came on time and the whole job was done in one day and very neat. They say to leave for 24 hours after insulation, which I did, but there was no residual smell, within hours of it being installed. Although it was slightly higher than traditional insulation, it was definitely worth the price. Through this whole winter, I haven't even had the actual heat installed yet so I am using an electric oil heater, which is more than enough to heat the room with this insulation. It holds the heat so well and I even have to shut it off. I have gotten so many compliments on this insulation. read more

I had an addition done in 2012 which added approximately 900 ft living space and 900 heated garage that was added to the gable end of my 40 ft high ranch. When they broke through I could feel the cold air cascading down from the original house. I had them do my entire attic space! Since then I have carried a $2400.00 surplus with central Hudson, that's with six zone heat two zones central air radiant floor heat in garage I have demand. Not to mention the sound deadening!
