Some I recall, are stuffed mussels, swordfish carpaccio, baby octopus, anchovies in lemon, etc. The pasta courses we had on our most recent visit were squid ink ravioli stuffed with fish and sea urchin spaghetti (one of my most memorable pasta dishes EVER).
