They also reinstalled/repointed my dashcam which I appreciate because I hate fiddling with that thing. Last year I reported the crack to my auto insurer even though it was below my deductible and now they've listed that crack as an "accident". I didn't make that mistake this time. In short, I will use Auto Glass 4 You in the future. They cost a little more but they came to me at my home (on a Sunday no less), they didn't break anything, and the work looks great. They just provided great service.

Communication was excellent from start to finish. They kept me updated on everything, including the repair progress, parts orders, parts arrivals, and each step that was needed to get my car back to its original condition. The estimated completion date was June 9th, but I was pleasantly surprised when they contacted me on June 1st letting me know my car was ready for pickup ahead of schedule. I missed my car so much while it was being repaired, but when I arrived to pick it up, I was completely blown away. My Tesla looked brand new. The door that had to be replaced matched perfectly, you would never be able to tell it had been replaced. The workmanship and attention to detail were outstanding. You can pick it up but let them know when you're coming so they can have your invoice ready. When you pickup they'll have the glass unpacked so you can see the condition of it before packing. They were very helpful, professional and efficient. They also do glass installs with an appointment. I hope we never have to come back on the circumstances that led us here, but at least I know where I can get glass service quickly.

I came across Best Deal Auto Glass. Keith answered my call (10/17/22) and squeezed me in for next day service (10/18/22). I arrived at 10:10am and Keith got right to work. I was out by 10:50am. Work looks good. Still need to make sure there's no leaks with rain, washing car etc. But Keith assured me 1 year warranty on labor. I'll take it! P.S. It's no big fancy Auto Glass shop.
